Majano's Stucco

Meda is an artist! He did both interior and exterior stucco work on my home and we are so pleased with the results. He has a deep understanding of his craft and how to best achieve the results you're looking for, while doing whats best for your home's integrity. He was very responsive, came on time, and was very easy to work with. I'd recommend Majano Stucco to anyone!

Meda is an incredible artist.His staff is professional,polite and shows up on time. The work they performed was outstanding. His attention to detail is on point. He is a perfectionist and treated my house like it was his own. He went out of his way to perform work poorly done by a previous contractor and fixed his mistakes. After over a year of trying to find the right person to solve our leak problem, he was the one to do it. I could not be happier.

Wish I could give an A++ rating for Majano Stucco. Meda, provides the highest quality of work. He is an expert in the field and completely cares about services he provides. Meda takes the time to hear your wants/needs and remembers them while he & the crew are working on the house. He even found a safety issue at our home and fixed it (supporting pole). The crew was amazing, and the job site was always clean and well organized. Meda treated home like he was working on his own home. The work done was beautiful and we love our house even more now. Meda and his crew were outstanding! I've owned a stucco house for over 15 years and through the years we've had our share of different companies come through for stucco repair. Meda and his workers came when they said they would, kept my yard immaculately clean, and even did some extra work outside of the scope of what i hired him for and only charged me for materials (not for the labor). I would highly recommend Meda for any exterior stucco work! I came to learn of his company through neighbor's who'd used them for stucco repair many years prior. If you need quality stucco work done they're an amazing company.

I cannot rave enough about my experience with Majano Stucco and Meda. From the moment I first contact them to completion it was a pleasure to work with them. I had a bit of a complicated job to repair some stucco damage and match existing stucco and the work was completed meticulously and flawlessly. They were careful and conscientious and left the job site cleaner than it was at the beginning. Would highly recommend.

Manjano's was beyond professional in all ways possible. He was honest and trustworthy. He really took his time to pinpoint the problem - original stucco wall was causing a leak, but the leak could have come from a new roof (other contractor) or windows. His pricing was fair. He was upfront with any additional costs that we could incur. He and all of his men were always punctual and polite. For the first time in a long time, I felt confident in my choice of contractors. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, especially family and friends.

Meda and his team did beautiful work on my home. I wish it was possible to give them an A+ rating. Meda is professional, honest, respectful, and most importantly, wants to do things the right way. In addition to the work we contracted for, Meda found the source of several leaks which were starting to cause water damage inside my home. Whenever Meda came across an area of stucco or facing that was a problem, or wood that was rotten, he documented it with photos so that we could see the actual damage and decide on any additional work to be done beyond the original scope of the job. This was greatly appreciated and I had total confidence in his work. There was always very good communication throughout the project and we were given updates as to their progress and schedule each day. Meda and his team have a great work ethic - they showed up promptly like clockwork each day and were very respectful of our property and very hardworking. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to discuss my experience with anyone interested in hiring them.

All went well, without any issues.Meta is top of the line.He's a perfectionist.I recommended him to many people,and like I said above, stand by his stucco expertise.Five stars in my book....As far as price.For the work he provided.I would have paid more.He's more than reasonable.I provided some pictures of his work he did.

The owner did show up for estimate or call to explain. I rescheduled for the following day and after a week and additional reminders I never received an estimate. Altogether a waste of my time.

Majano?s Stucco is absolutely fabulous! Meda and his team transformed my stucco bungalow with precision and true craftsmanship! I needed stucco repair and the house needed to be painted; in addition, I wanted to give a lift to the house by installing window mouldings; as well as fascia and soffits at the roof line. The difference in the before and after is amazing. Each day, Meda, Daniel, and the rest of the team showed up on time and prepared. I can?t say enough about the team! They were so neat, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Meda patiently helped me with the color selection, and when the first coat was not to his expectations, halted work and contacted me immediately to find an alternate color that would meet his and my expectations. Any other establishment would have thrown the paint on and not worried about how it looked. They cleaned up at the end of each day; and at the conclusion of the entire project, not a speck of trash or work product could be found. Just awesome! It is rare to find such an honest, well-run company. All too common, we hear horror stories of projects gone awry; not in this case. I would highly recommend Majano?s Stucco with absolutely no reservation. They are true craftsman and take pride in their work; their work ethic and integrity is of the highest caliber.

Majano Stucco fixed a number of cracks in my exterior stucco. I own an old home and they were able to match the style of the stucco which is no longer common. They fix cracks the right way (digging it out and patching it to prevent it from cracking again). They did very good work and I would happily use them again in the future.

A bit of background: we live in a brownstone that was built in 1899 but completely renovated and converted into 4 new condo apts in 2013-2014. The developers (who really seem to have no conscience) had to rip up the roof deck due to the fact that last November the roof started leaking. Finally in August, after much prodding, the "repair" was completed and much to our dismay, they told us the work was done when the roof deck's stucco wall was cut much higher pretty haphazardly and unevenly above the deck, revealing styrofoam and mesh hanging out and leaving us concerned that this shoddy job would leave the roof more vulnerable to future damages. We decided to take matters into our own hands and call in some professionals. After doing some research, we came across Majano's Stucco on Angie's List and contacted Meda. Despite being based in Long Island, he traveled into Brooklyn to assess the situation and gave us an estimate. He was courteous and immediately put us at ease with his plan to repair the slipshod previous work. When we booked the job, Meda and his team came out a few days later and were the consummate professionals. He walked us through every step in the 3-day-repair process and went above and beyond to ensure the work was carried out in the best manner possible. For instance, we appreciated that they ended up cutting the remaining stucco wall even higher so that they could replace more of the material and have it be even all around the deck's circumference as opposed to how it was previously left. He also was concerned about matching the previous stucco color and ended up (rightfully) advising us to go with a slightly darker color on the bottom repaired section to make it look like an intentional design choice. When they were done, we were more than thrilled with the outcome. We would recommend Majano's Stucco, Meda, and his team very highly to anyone who is looking for a professional, reliable, and conscientious company to go with.

We used Majano Stucco to repair and seal our Stucco home. Meda did an excellent job on our repair and textured the stucco perfectly. Will definitely use their services again when seasonal updates are required. A++++++

They were very good. They were very professional. They were very honest which was something that you would not mind to in the construction work. They were very good with the quality of their work. They did not cut corners. If there was something that they got wrong or if they knew that there were flaws, they were proactive in repairing it themselves without me having to tell them. They came recommended by Deco Plus. I will definitely use them again in the future.
