After i described the work that I wanted to be done, the company rep. told me that it wasn't worthwhile to have the work done. He recommended that I live with the small basement leak. I appreciated his candor.

Great . prompt service. excellent quality of workmanship. Did the job as quoted and stayed at the budget quoted.

Went well. the service was performed promptly and I haven't had a problem since. He did point out that there were some issues with the way my roof was installed. He said if this fix did not work, it may need to be replaced (he did not install the original roof).

Greg was on time after calling to say he was running late. He came with a helper and was done in a couple of hours. The next day we had heavy rains which would have normally produced a leak and wet carpet by my fireplace, there was no wet carpet after the repairs. Thank you guys for a job well done.

John and his employees are top notch. They took their time installing my new flat roof to make sure that they covered every detail. Plus they give me a no leak guarantee! When it comes time to replace the main roof of my house, John and his crew will most definitely be getting a call from me. I highly recommend them! UPDATE*** - I had a few pieces of vinyl siding blow off during todays wind storm. This is a section that they removed and replaced when they did my flat roof. I called John, and he returned my call today (even though he is swamped) and is sending someone out to fix the problem tomorrow. THIS GUY STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK AND HONORS HIS WARRANTIES!!

John came and gave me the cost of my roof repair. It was very reasonable. The job was done quickly and professionally. I will notify him when I will be replacing my existing roof in the spring or summer months.

Brian and another worker showed up to perform the work exactly on time. Brian, like John, was a pleasure to deal with. All the work was done in a timely manner and to date no leaks whatsoever. John gave me a 5 year labor guarantee on all work performed. Most places only give one year. It's nice to see that John backs up his work ! I would not hesitate to recommend John to any family member/ friends. It was a pleasure dealing with John and Brian !

Owner responded for estimate and gave a very detailed explanation of problem. Most companies just walked in and said the whole flashing around chimney needed to be replaced for a $2,000.00 plus job. He inspected roof and advised it wasn't that bad and needed to be re-sealed for winter. A worker named Brian then showed up and did the work. He was very polite and courteous. I would recommend these guys for an honest opinion and to get work done.

I would have saved myself a lot of money and frustration if I had contacted John at Leak Stoppers when we first developed a leak in our roof. I had contracted the repair out to a large local roofing company who were unable to stop the leak after 2 attempts and then wanted me to pay for a 3rd attempt. John and his crew did a great job and the price he quoted for the work was reasonable and most importantly, my roof no longer leaks. Thank you.

John and his crew did a wonderful job. They had to remove inferior skylights that another company had put in wrong, and replace them with better ones. The new skylights have never leaked since they did the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Leakstoppers.

After receiving an estimate for replacing the roof which I thought was truly excessive, I looked on Angie's list for additional bids. John of Leak Stoppers had a very sensible and straightforward way of working. $85 for an inspection, a written analysis and bid, which would be refunded if he was hired to do the job. His colleague Brian inspected the roof and emailed the estimate within a few days. His bid beat the other I received and we arranged to have the work done. Brian and a helper arrived the next week and worked on the roof for two and a half days. They were courteous and very hard working and there is a 5 year warranty on the roof. I feel confident that our leaking problem has been fixed and hoping we don't need another hurricane to prove it.

They were professional, accurate, efficient and timely in their services provided. They did the work the same day they came to provide an assessment and estimate! That is unheard of in contracting.

We had our skylight repaired, in the past, by another contractor, but it continued to leak. This time, we received multiple estimates and chose Tom. He was professional, punctual, price competitive and did a good job. He put a water and ice shield under the roof shingles around the skylight and repaired the leak. It has been almost six months now and we are still dry despite some heavy rainfalls. Would definitely recommend him to others.

A month before Leak Stoppers showed up, I had a new roof put on my house. It was an absolute nightmare. I called John because I had a recurring leak on the flat side of my roof. I had gotten several estimates about fixing the roof and John had the best price. On top of that he insured me that I wouldnt have a problem and if I did he would come right back. I've read some reviews on him prior and I have to agree with his high ratings. He is extremely confident that he knows what he is doing. (Which is what you want a roofer to be). I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment with him. There is a reason for that. He showed me exactly what my problem was and explained why the roof was causing me a problem. He got down to the details which several other roofers did not do. His crew worked on my roof for four straight days during the heat wave. John and his crew are gentlemen and cleaned up all the debris left behind. I would def hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

Very professional staff, no mess, no hassle.

Several roofers told me that I had to replace the shingles on part of my roof (approx. $3000). Leak Stoppers said they would TRY to fix leak and if it didn't work they would come back and try one other time. The first try made the leak much better. The second time did the trick

They did a great job and were very professional. They said they would come back out and do more repairs if need be. I was impressed that the owner followed up after the job to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend them to anyone without any reservations.

What else can be said about John? All the positive reviews are true and more. Use him.

We had tried several different companies to fix it, but after several months, it would start leaking again. So I looked up on Angie's list and read reviews on Leak Stoppers Inc., I called them over, A man came out and try to look at it, they fixed it, it was a little more expensive but we had absolutely no more problem.

Very we'll - did excellent job

The installer was very professional and completed the job in a short period of time. He also cleaned all, repeat all the debris in and around our front and back yard. The roof has been watertight since its installation. I would highly recommend this firm.
