The workmanship was excellent. After scheduling an appointment to begin working on the job, I received a call stating that they would not be there to start because the worker had had an emergency. Another appointment was scheduled for the next day and the workers were there promptly as expected. They worked late into the day and completed the job and clean-up satisfactory. We had had a number of other people out to give an estimate and to tell us what should be done but none of the previous people were able to give us satisfactory answers. We were quite happy with the results from Leak Stoppers.

That was great. He was terrific. He actually isolated the cause of the water damage that we had. We had other people come before and got ripped off for a roof job and that wasn't what the problem was. He came and corrected that. I called him backed for a second small leak that showed up and he corrected that as well. He seems to know what he is talking about. Unfortunately it all lead back to a construction job when our house was rebuilt after a fire. They just had not done the siding and the roofing correctly. That was what caused our leakage. The price was reasonable for what he had to do. He was good at getting back to me and explaining things. He seemed very professional and answered all my questions.

They were a little too elaborate. Their job was just a perfect job and it seemed too much I did not need all the stuff that wanted to do. Their estimate was fair based on what they wanted to do; they were reasonable. They did not do the job but they were fine. If I have a leak and if it was not covered under the roof guy who did the job then I’d call them. They were here when they said they would be here.

They were extremely professional. The gentleman that gave me the estimate took pictures of the roof. He showed me what he was going to do with it and what repairs he was going to do. He wanted my approval and that was really nice. I would use him again.

Leak Stoppers returned my call immediately, arrived when they said would and completed the job very satisfactorily. Juan and an associate worked tirelessly for over four hours to repair a leak that we ignored for a very long time. They removed the aluminum capping over a large bow window, along with rotted wood, cleaned it all out, and replaced the wood and aluminum, and siliconed everything. They cleaned up and took away all debris. They were very anxious to please the customer. All work is 100% guaranteed. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my choice in companies, Leak Stoppers Inc., and the cost was very reasonable.

I am very happy with them. They actually found the problem because I had a new roof four or five years ago and I had problems. The guy never came back to take care of the mistake he made. Leak Stoppers did. The owner’s name is John. Everything was wonderful.

I made contact with owner John for estimate for a roof leak. With in 1 to 2 days I received a call from owner John to set an appoinment for estimate. As it was the holiday vacation season for John. He had sent his general formen Brian. As was agreed upon Brian arrived as scheduled. He preceded to inspect my roof with his co worker. After a indepth evaulation. Brian gave me a few options as well as the reasons for the needed repair. He also informed me that he will be emailing a wriiten estimate with in a day. . Brian was very knowledable of all aspects of the cause for my leak. He went through the process on both methoeds of correcticve action. Due to the fact of the many snow storms we have had this season. Brian explained that the company was a littler backed up due to weather delays on other projects. Brain and his crew arrived at my home to perform the agreed upon work. It was little awkward as I did not know what day he was comng. He appologized as he had thought I was contacting by his office that he would be arriving at the first appointment slott 830 AM. That being said Brain and his co worker performed the work in a professional manner. Leaving out nothing to stop the leaks. In turn out that that a previous attempted repair by the installer of the roof had cemeted some shingles down in his falied attempt to correct the problem. As Brian was unable to reinstralled some of the flashing to his standard. He felt that adjustments be made to the estimate. The reason I am saying this is the fact as a homeowner.with limited roofing knowledge would not have seen any difference on the roof line if he had not pointed this out by Leak stoppers. This goes to the fact that Leakstoppers are not only professional but are there to make sure their CUSTOMERS/HOMEOWNERS are satisfied and pay exactly want is needed for the job and no more. Great Job Leak Stoppers as Brian is not only Great Roofer as well as credit to your company. He is also looking out for the homeowner. His professionalism would be an asset to any company or form of business that he would work in.. After over Thirty Inches of melting snow and Rain. I have not had one drop of water enter my home. Thanks Again Brian and Leak Stoppers. It has been long time and many failed Attempts by other so called roofing companies to fix this problem. It is really nice not needing to to find the bucket to catch the water leak after it rains. Thank You Again

Quick appt., arrived on time and did the work as needed for a reasonable price. Forgot to right a review so I forget the details other than we were pleased.

The scheduled dates were constantly changing due to the snow, but John was ontop of getting the work done as soon as weather permitting, and that he did at the first possible time. The two men worked diligently and steadily throughout the day, repairing issue over issue. It was a full removal, repair and replace. A FULL DAY'S JOB + WELL DONE! They were professional, experienced, polite, courteous, and clean. I was very impressed.

The owner and two workers were professional, courteous, and punctual. The work went as described. Old and excess materials were totally cleaned up. Best of all - no more leak.

Due to ice dams on my roof, a leak developed in one of my rooms above the window frames. I called Leak Stoppers at 7 AM, left a message, and received a call back within 15 minutes. I spoke with John and he said he would be able to send someone to remove the ice dams between 10 and 12. John and his workers arrived shortly before 10. While his workers were removing the ice dams and snow from my roof, John did an inspection in my home to determine what might be causing the ice dams and offered me several solutions with work estimates to prevent ice dams from happening in the future. He also suggested several things I could do on my own to help with the problem. I found John to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I appreciate his prompt response to my problem and would highly recommend his company. I would certainly use him in the future.

John is absolutely wonderful! I have recently moved into a home that was renovated and I have found a lot of issues - one of which was a leak in a brand new roof. John inspected the entire roof and found there were some problems around the chimney. He completely educated me about what could be done, and offered two options - one short term fix (less expensive) and a long-term permanent repair. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what he does and is very generous in sharing that knowledge and making you feel comfortable. He showed me photos of my roof and chimney and explained exactly what was going on and how they were going to fix it. We went with the long-term option. His workers came and they could not have been more pleasant, professional and neat. While they were up on the roof they also fixed some flashing on some other vents and made sure everything was in order. I came home last night to a leak in my kitchen, from the giant frozen layer of ice and snow that is sitting on the roof. John got right back to me and is sending his team over this morning to clear the ice and stop the leak - and then we will get things in order so this can be prevented in the future. He also spent time discussing the issue with me to put me at ease and let me know everything would be fine and taken care of. I feel so relieved knowing I have someone to turn to when there is an issue with my roof. John is responsive, reliable, talented, knowledgeable and has a great team working for him. I highly highly recommend him for any roofing needs.

They set up scaffolding. To get at the damage, they need to remove 3 feet of roofing, remove gable capping, fascias, top 6 feet of siding, vapor barrier, and damaged sheating. They replaced damaged 2x4s, sheathing where needed. They replaced the siding, and shingles, and cappings to restore the house to its pre Sandy storm condition. They cleaned up after themselves.

Couple of guys came in for a few hours all very quik easy and clean, no more leaks and its now february 2014 and still No leaks!

Due to the recent snow storms , I woke up this morning to find a leak over my kitchen table. The leak was coming in very steady. I called Leak Stoppers, spoke with John who had quite a bit of knowledge pertaining to ice dam leaks. John dispatched a service truck with in a half an hour in which his workers removed the snow and ice from my roof. They then broke up ice in my gutter. After the workers were done with snow removal John came by to do a follow up leak analysis. He inspected roofing, attic, heating AC ducts and ventilation. John enlightened me very much as to the science behind ice formation and ice dams. I'm confident going forward with follow up repair due to the fact of John's knowledge, price, punctuality and professionalism. I would recommend this company and also use them in the future if necessary.

The person was very good. He called me back several times but I ended up not using him. He was very responsive. I had him rescheduled several times and a friend of my son looked at it and took care of it. He was very polite and very patient with me in rescheduling the appointment.

They came in, gave an estimate, did the work they said they'd do, and were in and out pretty quickly.

Post Sandy, every roofing guy busy. You have to put up $80 for the consultation, deducted if you get the job done. Liked everything I read about them, had others quote too, but thought the $80 was worth it for such a well-reviewed company. His quote guy topped them all in terms of honesty and non-hype, making other recommendations with a contractors eye for detail and options for work unrelated to the roof. No hard sell, but the leak guarantee trumped anybody else's. It was cold, there were acceptable delays. The work went fast, the cleanup was impeccable. I wasn't there to oversee it, and when I came home after the job was done, there were a few issues. One shingle had a corner broken off, some old flashing by the dormer should have been replaced and wasn't, and some shingles were curling--just not flat like the rest of them. I sent some pictures, as John has crews and doesn't personally inspect every job. It's a growing business and he delegates, and although he instills a quality ethic to his workers, things can be missed. Minor things. The response was immediate. I think he was genuinely horrified at the broken shingle corner. The curling had to do with the cold, and wasn't an oversight as he explained that the curls would settle naturally. Still, he sent a guy out to correct all the issues--curls included--like immediately. Lucky for us, John missed his true calling, and runs this roofing business. He should go on the lecture circuit to teach how businesses how to build brand loyalty by giving excellence, and being responsive, giving guarantees they are prepared to back up.

went wonderfully. Crew came and spent all day on roof doing repairs. work is guaranteed and havent had to call them back yet! Had several rain/snow storms since they were here and no evidence of leaks.

fantastic. found him on angies list. called. got exactly what reviews said. called back. showed up when he said he would. showed me photographs of the roofing issues, (a nice touch), presented an estimate for a reasonable amount, gave me a date, showed up when he said. no more leaks. nuff said.

They came in and out without and did a great job. They did leave a small mess in the attic, but that was because they didn't go into the house.
