They never came out. They said I needed to wait until after the snow melts I told them to forget.

They did the service, it was good and there were no concerns. They did the job that they were suppose to do.

The service was good. They are not cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. They were very quick and professional.

I have used Leak Stoppers in the past and have been very impressed. John, the owner, is incredibly responsive and great with follow up. I called this morning because my roof was leaking due to ice on the roof and in the gutters and he had a crew here in about an hour. His crews are always so pleasant and get the job done well and done quickly - they know what they are doing.. Within 30 minutes the leak was stopped, and his team showed me photos of what was going on with the roof/gutters. An hour after they left, I got a call from Ashley to schedule a follow up visit.. She is very sweet and very accommodating. Great customer service. John knows what he is talking about, does great work, and has great people working for him. His prices are market appropriate and he will typically give you a quick fix option and a more long-term option so you can make the choice that works for you. He is willing to talk with you and spend the time ensuring you know all the details about what is going on and what to expect. They are reliable, courteous, do great work and have integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their roofing needs.

It was alright. They came out to inspect the roof and gave me two options- a cheap $500 repair or a replacement. I went with the cheaper option and could not get an appointment. They ended up coming out to my home without any notice and did the work. I came home to a notice on my mailbox that they did they work and that I owed them money. I had a hard time getting a hold of them to pay them. It was not particularly professional and I did not have a good feeling about it. They were very lackadaisical.

It's good. We were very satisfied with their service. They came in a timely fashion. It was easy to schedule. They came to do their estimate. A couple of weeks later, they came back. With a lot of weather issues going on, they couldn’t come back sooner. But when the weather cleared up, they came back and did a repair job. They applied $50 inspection fee as the credit to the repair. My wife is the one who dealt with them more. She said that they were honest. They explained what they were doing. They went over the reasoning why they made the two different recommendations. They did a great job.

It was okay. He didn't find any leaks. Our roof is pretty much shot. He told me I need to replace my roof. My wife was at home and I was at work so I don't know exactly what he did but there is no leaks at this time.

John came for Initial appointment, assessing what needed to be done. He was punctual, friendly and professional. After climbing up onto roof, he then took photos of the problem area, so that he could explain it clearly to me. He also sketched out an illustration, to show me what the repair would look like. The actual work was delayed several days due to icy weather, but I appreciated the several phone calls I received, assuring me that my project would take place as soon as possible. On the scheduled day, Workmen came as the sun was setting, but they set up lights and the repair went smoothly. No further sign of fresh water damage has occurred, so I am hoping the problem has been fixed! I would definitely use Leak Stoppers Inc. again for any future issues.

Leak Stoppers fixed our problem. They were very courteous and did an excellent job.

I was very happy with Leakstoppers. They responded to phone calls and were pleasant and respectful. They showed up and did the job and cleaned up after themselves. They came during the week of horrible rainstorms and fixed a bad leak in another part of the roof. So far so good for all repairs and re-roofing.

I had rain water dripping into my kitchen ceiling for several years. It appeared to be coming in through the crease between the upstairs dormer and the roof. I tried caulking everywhere, could not fix it. I expected to have to get the roof stripped in the area and re-shingled. I called Leak Stoppers. They came on time. He looked at the roof and said that the rain was pooling in the upstairs bathroom window, running down the inside of the wall, and ending up in my kitchen ceiling, nothing is wrong with the roof. For $200, he went up on the ladder and recaulked the entire area around the window, inside and out. No leaks since!! He could have ripped my roof and I would not have known the difference. Very honest, did not try to take advantage, I would highly recommend Leak Stoppers!!

Provider arrived on time an was professional. he identified areas of the roof that were prone to leaks and provided an estimate for repair. It appeared that this company would provide a high quality service, but we chose to have the work done by another company who was able to do the work at a lower cost.

Techs turned up the day after we contacted the company to look at the problem and provide a quote, with different options of fixing the leaks. We phoned them later that day and advised which option we wanted to follow. The Techs returned the next day and completed the job. We haven't had any leaks since. Everyone was professional, punctual and courteous.

It went awesome. The initial appointment went great. John inspected the roof and presented his findings to my wife and I on his iPad. He diligently explained how each issue can be mitigated and provided several options for long and short term solutions. Today his crew showed up right on the dot. They finished the job in 2 hours, I came up to inspect the work and was very impressed. I feel this money was very well spent ... now I have to address the issues caused by the leaks and that'll probably cost me twice as much. In retrospect, a roof like mine (15 year old) should be inspected once every few years. I was so impressed with Leak Stoppers I'm going to hire them to redo my entire roof in several years when the timing is right.

The company was professional and responsive but said there would be extra costs to come out and inspect my roof leak tomorrow since they are backed up.

The cost of an estimate was $50. The owner of Leakstoppers, John showed up at my house on December 1st. He was decent enough to call ahead and say he would be a half hour late. He stood in the dusk of my side yard and looked up at the side of my house. He told me that the leak was coming from either the roof, the attic vent or the upstairs window. Something I could have guessed. He never looked at the damage inside on my ceiling or went into my attic. Didn't come with a ladder and didn't climb up on the roof. "Don't need to", he said. He began to explain construction and how certain people don't know what they're doing. He explained what he'd do if the leak were the window or if he needed to peel back the siding or if he needed to repair the flashing on the roof. Not knowing what the problem was and never asking if there was a bathroom above the leak damaged area or thinking it might be caused by a leaky or sweating pipe. He wouldn't have known because he never looked at the water damaged area or asked questions. He handed me an estimate for between $1450 - $1700! Fifteen minutes and $50 later, he was gone. Now, I don't know if his estimate was fair or not, but what I do know is that a more thorough investigation of the problem was warranted than what Leakstoppers provided. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable hiring nor would I recommend this company.

Fabulous. From the first meeting and estimate things went great. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained things in detail. He went up to my roof, took pictures and explained to me where the problems were. The job was completed in less than a week from first encounter. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves completely when the job was completed. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Would most definitely recommend and use again.

I have to tell him this $33000 thirty three thousand dollars repair are too high, and then he kept sending me $85 bills for this estimate.Meanwhile, I already paid Angie"s List $50 for this estimate job.

My house has been through 2 rough winters on the water and there were leaks in the roof. It used to rain inside of my house. Leak Stoppers showed up and inspected the roof. They knew right away where the leaks were coming from. On the day of the work, 2 men showed up and worked for 10 hours straight. They were very experienced and they did a very thorough job. They repaired all of the damage and sealed the roof tightly. We have had 3 heavy rain storms since then and not one drop of water came in. I highly recommend Leak Stoppers. I wish I had them install the original roof. They are excellent.

No problems at all. About 2 weeks after the service we had a freak humongous rain storm in the area. Not one drop inside. John knows his stuff.
