Our main goal is to supply customers with services that our competitors don't want to do or don't know how to do. Mainly, we fix and guarantee other companies roofs. We are also similar to them in that we can give free estimates on new roof systems, but still unique in our installation techniques and material preference. As a leading repair company, we constantly adapt our installations processes to avoid problems that we have seen during thousands of leak repairs. We use science and our exposure to materials in the field to help us pick and install the best roofs available. We also provide chimney crown, mortar and flashing work.

Description of Work: My roof was leaking in one specific area. Three other contractors said I need a complete rip out and replacement immediately of my entire roof. Leak Stoppers removed some siding a gutter and lifted up one section of the roof where flashing had been incorrectly installed. Problem solved for about 10000 less than the other quotes. They were prompt courteous and neat. I will hours them when I DO need a new roof!

Description of Work: Had leak on vent pipe. John replaced vent seal. Has not rained since repair, but John assures me the leak was from vent gasket leak. Will let you know latter it has just started to rain. Nice guy who explains work.

Description of Work: Identify and repair a leak in roof. At the time of the estimate it was obvious the gentleman was very knowledgeable. When I called to have the job done it was scheduled promptly. The crew was on time, neat, polite, and quiet (except for the hammers :) The job was performed exactly as estimated -- very thoroughly. Two dormers needed flashing installed. A task that was neglected when our roof was replaced. The crew removed all the siding on the dormers, removed the roof tiles 3 feet out of each side. They installed the flashing and related pieces, reinstalled the insulation and siding, and replaced (new) roof shingles. The finished job was perfect, and they left the premises neat and in order.

Very smoothly
Description of Work: Very happy with the service and quality of work that was done on my flat roof by the leakstoppers team. I had an existing problem with my flat roof and haven't had any leaks since the repair was done in May. Just experience hurricane Irene and not a drop of water came into the house. The team also came back to the house when I noticed what I thought might be an issue and took care of it for me without hesitation.

Description of Work: We had a bad smell which we thought came from a hidden leak. He came only a little bit later than he said he would, gave my husband a lot of useful information about the roof, and the problem appears to be fixed. The only real problem is that he left debris on my roof that is still there despite several rains since then. Also he gave my husband a bit on an attitude when my husband suggested looking in the attic for the leak. Would probaly use him again

Attics never tell me how to fix a leak. They do make me itchy. 17 years of leak analysis, proper questioning and EXTERNAL inspection are the ways I determine a solution. Cleanliness is one of my biggest demands of my men. I am disappointed to here this. Had I been aware sooner, it would have been taken care of. I am dispatching men to the home immediately to clean the roof.
