The response was great and the ability to do it over the phone was awesome because I didn't need to carve out time just to get a quote.

Everything went as planned. They truck was 1/4 filled and went a little over. I bought the $159 deal on line. There was extra $50 charge for going up to the attic and $75 for the overfill. I would definetly have them come again as they were very careful and polite.

The workers were really nice and quick.

It went great. They came early to give a free estimate and were able to take the items away immediately after. The crew was polite and worked quickly.

Call and spoke to Jiffy Junk to set an appointment and they had the time available. Myrvin and Estaban were a little late due to traffic but no worries at all. We though we would need a 1/4 of a truck but ended up needing an entire truck and man.... did they pack it completely full. They were very professional and communicated very well and kept us apprised for the entire project. Would definitely hire and use Jiffy Junk again!!!!

Jiffy junk was amazing and totally accommodating. I purchased a 1/4 truck and called jiffy junk to arrange pick up and they were able to accommodate me within a couple hours. Myrvin and his crew came in quickly and loaded the truck within 20 minutes. He was courteous and friendly. I would totally recommend them for any large garbage hauls. Great job

The team sent to my home arrived as scheduled and conducted themselves with professionalism the entire time spent with us. They exhibited extreme care when handling both the heavy and large pieces to ensure no damage was done to the home structure. They worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish. Their price structure is exactly as detailed on their website with no gimmicks or surprises.

This job was a challenge because the safe felt like it weighed a ton. Two guys came with their truck but it was too much for them, so supervisor Mervyn called for more help. Two more guys came with a truck that had a lower bed to make loading easier. They all pitched getting it on to the truck, and away it went. .

Marvin and Frank arrived at 11:15am (their arrival window was 11am-1pm. Very punctual). All I needed to do was point at objects that need to go out and they carry and load to their truck. Very courteous gentlemen throughout the job. They even offered to take off their boots to keep our floors clean. Work was done in little over an hour. Will call these crew if I need more junk removed!

I had purchased an Angie's List deal ($159) in February and at that time told Rob at Jiffy Junk that I wouldn't need them to come for two to three months. He said that wasn't a problem and made a note that the service was prepaid. All of this was in preparation for remodeling my back room that I use as a den. I got a call yesterday (Thursday, May 12) from the general contractor for the remodeling that they wanted to start Monday. I immediately called Jiffy Junk and asked whether they could come the next day (May 13). After checking their schedule Adam told me that they would come between 8 and 10. Joe and Frank turned up today at precisely 8AM. They carefully maneuvered all the bulky furniture without incident, including bringing one of the televisions (at least 100 lbs.) up the narrow steps from the basement. The total load was more than the contracted 1/4 truck, but they extended generous terms for the overage. In an hour they were done. Joe and Frank were unfailingly polite, careful and even cheerful. As far as I am concerned, Jiffy Junk gives excellent service at reasonable prices and I can unreservedly recommend them.

Joe and Rob did an outstanding job of cleaning out stuff from the basement and attic...so happy with how quick, neat and efficient they were.

It went extremely well. The crew showed up on time, was professional and courteous and respectful of our home. They were thorough and did not leave until we approved that the service was provided to our satisfaction. As a matter of fact, I will be calling them back to help with the removal of more old materia.

The workers removed what I wanted removed quickly and without complaint, even though they had to lug everything up the basement stairs. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone needing junk removed.

In a little over an hour my attic was emptied, vacuumed and straightened up. They were careful, thorough, courteous, and efficient. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have that project done with such good and friendly assistance, at a very reasonable price. )Two men arrived on time and quickly went to work carrying various items from my home. I had some large furniture ( 2 dressers,a chair, storage closet and many smaller items, etc.) They were very careful so as not to scratch walls or doors. They got everything out in under an hour. I was happy with the job.

They did a good job. They were kind and nice, and they also cleaned up after they were finished.

The gentlemen arrived on time. They called a few minutes before they arrived. They were very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They even were able to donate the couch so I wouldn't feel so badly at having to part with it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased the $159 deal on Angie's List. The same day I received a call and was able to schedule pick up for my first choice day. I was given a two hour window. I received a call to let me know the truck was on its way. The driver and helper were right on time. When they arrived they introduced themselves and were very professional. They worked quickly to remove the junk. I definitely recommend them.

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they had a truck at my house in less than 2 hours. Work was done efficiently an neatly.

Getting married and moving can both be stressful events. Jiffy Junk helped us with two projects. First they took away all of the junk we did not need, than they moved us to our new residence. The employees were clean,punctual, and very friendly! They made sure not to damage any walls in our old apartment. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future if we need our junk removed!

I've got to give these guys a AAA+. They were on time, they reviewed the pricing before doing anything. They were careful removing items from the tops and inside the furniture. They told me to sit down and point to what i wanted to get rid of. this was very much appreciated since l had a triple bypass.. Myrvin & Evan took customer service to a whole new level.
