Jiffy Junk

I had these guys twice. The first time it was like a 90-degree day. They were sweating so hard and working so hard and barely wanted to take a break. The second time, the owner squeezed me in last minute at night. Super accommodating, polite, helpful nice guys; in fact, they even found some stuff that I had neglected to set aside to keep (such as pictures and a couple of other objects) and they brought them up to me, rather than just not caring and dumping them with everything else which I really thought was amazing. It sounds silly, but they really do care about your junk!

They two young men arrived on time, were extremely polite and good-natured, took what I wanted out to the truck, and actually moved two awkwardly heavy chairs from one room to another as a favor with a smile and a "no problem."

Everything was done professionally and we were pleased with the outcome.

I purchased an online deal 159. For a 1/4 truck space , it all fit and I didn't have to order a 300 dumpster n then find junk to fill it in They did a reasonable job. They did not communicate well this time so I was not sure they were coming . Ttyey did but late instead of 2 pm 535 pm. But it got done

They did a fabulous job! They removed all our bill items from the garage but made sure it was swept out. They went beyond our expectations.

The ops manager, Mervin and his workers were incredible. Professional, personable, efficient and punctual. Each visit they left the premises broom swept clean. Their final visit was in April 2017. They were more affordable than other junk removers I spoke with and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

I was pleased with the service. I bought a deal for$159.00 on Angie's list. The amount of stuff I had to get rid of ended up (as I expected) being more than what the deal covered.They took everything I wanted rid of and only charged $53.00 for the excess stuff. Angela who handled the phones was wonderful to deal with. The guys removed heavy items from the basement and second floor with ease. Unfortunately the job before me had required much more time than the staff had anticipated and so they were quite late for my appointment. But that happens and Angela and the guys on the truck kept me well updated. I would definitely use them again.

The team showed up and removed everything from the back yard without me having to lift a finger! Patio was left swept clean afterwards.

The team that came was very professional and they were on time. My only issue (not really a complaint) is that what I thought would be taken away was not -- since the garbage is measured by volume. A full size piano or the empty box that the piano came in would use up the same exact space. Most my garbage was boxes, mostly empty. the team did their best to "tetris" the pieces together but in all reality if the boxes were simply crushed it would have taken a lot less space and everything else would have also fit.

It went great! The guys from Jiffy Junk were fast, and so kind, and so helpful! They were considerate of my neighbors and overall did a wonderful job. They were also quick to respond when I requested a price, and gave me a solid estimate that proved to be correct.

Response to my inquiry was quick, date and time was set. Myrvin and Eduardo were punctual, professional, very courteous, friendly, and got the job done. Very happy with service.

Very good. Very good. They did what they said they were going to do. Took a bunch of stuff I had set aside for them. Took it all down the stairs. Took it from the area that I could not do the work myself. I had them back again, when I had more stuff to remove. They did good. Just as advertised. Very good. Maybe two hours the first, and hour the second time. There were two workers. Just as advertise, very fair.

The worker explained what needed to be done and showed me that we had much more space needed than when we originally did the deal. it all made sense to me so we preceded. It took them about two hours. When they were done they swept and cleaned up the area. I was very pleased how clean they left it! I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the service. Two gentlemen did the work on a very timely basis, moving the things that were going out to their truck for disposal, and moving the things that were staying (for now) into the garage. They took good care to be sure no damage was done, and were very professional. All charges beyond my deal package were discussed in advance (there was a charge to dispose of a TV, and a time charge for the moving furniture that was not being junked). I learned that they offer regular moving services, and I'll likely go back to them when I get to that point on this project.

Great arrived on time with a crew of 3. Showed them what I needed and the work was performed in a timely and very professional manor. Went beyond my expectations and did a super job. Will be using them again.

Great job by the crew of Rich, Anthony and Diego! They called before coming arrived on time and were careful when removing the items to be disposed of.

jiffy junk was great! they contacted me shortly after i purchased the deal, called and we set a date/time. they called to let me know they were on their way, arrived within the time we scheduled. they were quick, professional, neat, were mindful of floors/walls when they were removing items.
