I have NEVER dealt with a company with all the work I've done in my house, That I can say he did a 100% Great Job! Gran Marb and Giovanni and his men are the best!!! 100%
Description of Work: They had installed a granite top in upper kitchen and quartz in lower, It has been two years and did an Fantastic Job. I was washing a pot and chipped the granite, and went to Gran Marb and the owner Giovanni sent a man and fixed the chip It looks brand new!! And not only that it's been two years and expected to pay. He did not charge me anything!

Went to the showroom in west babylon and explored all of our options. They were very helpful in showing us the different quartz and granite options. We chose Quartz and they installed about 10 days from that point. They were very prompt and the install crew were very knowledgeable and answered many of my questions. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future for any counter-top needs.

This was the best experience I had in my reconstruction. The granite fit perfectly beautiful and I had absolutely no problems with the company. I was very skeptical trying to find a reputable company. The gentleman who installed the counter was amazing. Im sorry his name escapes my mind right now. . MIke and the owner Giovanni assured me I would be happy when the counter was complete. They are men of their words. I will return to granmarb for my next project. We are more than pleased with their service.
Description of Work: Mike helped me choose my granite. I was somewhat skeptical because it was my first experience with Gran marb. The owner Giovanni introduced himself and assured me I would be happy with the final product. They sent their technician to measure. The equipment they use is the latest and greatest ,the man that works this equipment is incredible My contractors were impressed with the granite . MIke is wonderful to deal with and is so patient. Needless to say I love my granite counter top and I love Gran marb. My sister was so impressed she had gran marb make her counter top as well . Thanks to all of you at Granmarb.You are the best.

All aspects of the whole process went great and we love our new granite countertops. Fabricated and installed our kitchen countertops, including a "bar" top counter. Worked with Giovanni and Michael on the estimates, Mike on the layout and coordination, Vinny on the measurements and bbb on the install. From start to finish a great and rewarding experience. All were professional, nice and a pleasure to work with. A top notch operation. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Meet the Stone Expert Explained the Process Helped guide us to the material I loved the best White Carrara Marble Sent over the Measurement Team & used digital measuring machine to cut down to the 1000th of an inch Scheduled the Installation before Christmas as we really wanted (within 7 days of first contact) Installed Marble Countertops, Removed old Formica Countertops, Removed Old Sink, Removed all Rubbish Polished & Treated the Marble with a Product that is environmentally safe Explained how to maintain Pristine Condition using Polishing treatment which they gave to us. Called that evening to followup Called every 3 months after installation to remind us to treat Marble Countertops

They were punctual. It came out nice, installation, all the measurements they took. It was a couple of steps process where they had someone come out and measure, you pick the slab, you shore it then you measure it. So it was a multi-step process and it was all good like the people. It seemed every body was knowledgeable, nice, professional, on time.
Description of Work: We used GranMarb as the fabricator.
