They make appointments and never show up. This company is not reliable. They take the biggest job for the day and cancel your appointment. This happened twice. It also happened to my sister.

I recently changed companies that service my heating system. I selected Hartmann's after they had replaced my hot water unit. I have since used them 2 times for tune and vac in the past 12 months. I am about to call them for the spring tune up. I have found them to be very thorough on the cleaning which is critical, since if they do a 1/2 a__ job of cleaning it leads to total breakdown in the future. Johnny (if I recall correctly) is apparently very experienced, courteous and professional. Highly recommended. The B grade on the price is because I requested a discount since they are cleaning 3 units, I was looking for a "volume" discount. They respectfully declined, but since they do such great work, I accepted their base price.

I have a service contract with Esposito Pluming and I called them because the air conditioning unit in my attic was leaking through to the floor below. I called Esposito Plumbing at around three in the afternoon and explained I was going on vacation the next day and I was hoping they would be able to help me that day. They had someone at my door within the hour and the problem was solved within 30 minutes. Best part of all is that because I had a service contract, the repair was covered.

After paying he left saying there was nothing he could do - I needed a tile person. I have since spoken with two contractors thinking I would replace the tub with a shower stall and I have been told it's not worth it...I should get a "good" plumber and have them go into the wall through the kitchen....Isn't this something the Esposito technician should have seen and recommended? Instead he took my money - saying no leak was found and $400.00 later water still drips down to my basement ceiling and on to the floor. A very disappointing and expensive experience. I contacted Esposito's website and twice expressed my concern in writing and to date I have had no acknowledgement.

Horrible!!! They installed a new central air unit. They destroyed my attic and ceilings. We ordered a new unit and paid $7000.00 for it. When we started having problems we noticed that they switched units on us giving us a cheaper model than what we paid for.The guys didnt know how to do the electrical work, they never hung the drip pan which caused it to rain in my dining room destroying my ceilings, rugs and floors. They installed it completely wrong. After having another company come in we learned that they never replaced the coil and took so many shortcuts. Al Esposito(owner) wouldn't come to see the mess. I was told that he contacted his insurance company. I called them and he never submitted a claim. After finding out that my husband is an attorney he contacted his insurance company and we did get all our money back plus he paid to have my house cleaned. Up until that point we were not getting anywhere with him. After paying for A/C in May, we went through the entire summer without it.

We arrived home at 1 AM from a beautiful warm vacation to find our home without heat. Called all the heating services in the phone book advertising emergency 24/7 service. All, except Hartmann's, said they would call back in the morning and be there sometime the next day! Hartmann's said they would be there within the hour and they were. Quickly fixed our problem and told us what caused it. Would highly recommend. They actually do provide the emergency service they advertise.

Everything works beautifully. He did a nice job and was clean. We would highly recommend him.

Installation went off without a hitch. Leak search made recommendation for caulk which did not solve leak. Esposito came back a second time and found problem was missing grout in shower wall. There was no charge for call back. (Note: Leak ultimately fixed by service recommended by Esposito very satisfactorily.

They are very courteous, the work is very good, and they are very neat and responsible.

They were excellent. I really did my homework on this project, I got three estimates. Others told me it would take 2-3 days to install, Esposito said 1 day and installed the unit in one day. He did a very good job. They worked with me on the price and were very accommodating. They wore shoe covers when they came into the home, cleaned up after themselves, and took away the old boiler. We did not have to do anything.

I thought they were a little expensive. It was an emergency so I was stuck using them. They used the cheapest faucet in the universe. I would try and find somebody else in the future.

They have been great to work with. They are courteous. They provide a price upfront. They do not charge by the minute, and since I have an older home this is a big deal. Their work has been extremely satisfactory.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I THOUGHT HE DID A GOOD JOB WITH OUR PIPES.
