septic tank
 + -1 moreJust wanted to share that I had the best experience with this company. My family was in a situation that we needed new cesspools. The owner came to my house himself. Explained what needed to be done and gave us a more than fair price. His works showed up on time, did the job and left no mess behind. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any kind of cesspool work.

 + -1 moreAbsolutely the worst company we have ever hired to do work at our home. Their attitude and approach towards us has been absolutely horrible. They made a mistake and did not install the septic tank properly and everything else followed. They installed the septic tank with a pitch towards the house!!!! After that of course the rings they did not bring low enough and the pipes were pitched again wrong!!! Then they came and lowered the pipes which means we lost so much of the volume of the pools and septic tank. They cheated by not installing the correct 1500 gallon septic tank!! After lowering the pipes we have 1.5 ring and 2 rings which basically are not even used because the pipe is still not pitched properly!!! And their solution to this is to further lower the pipes!! And they said - its either this or nothing and I don't give a **** what you will do!!!! We are of course going to take every action necessary but trust me you do not, do not want to do any business with this company. Stay away!!!
Description of Work: I needed a new cesspools and County Cesspool came to my house to do the job. How I found them? From a friend at work who told me that Mike was his friend and he would do a good job. See below what we are going through after 4 years!!!!!!!!!! The first problem showed up a few months after the installation and Mike was refusing to repair it blaming us that we were using too much water etc. Then after filing a complaint with Consumer affairs he came and instead of doing the job properly he just lowered the pipes. So instead of having 2 rings and 3 rings and a 1500 gallon septic tank he installed a appx 1000 gallon septic tank and because he lowered the pipes we have 1.5 ring and ZERO rings because the second pool the pipe he did not lower enough and nothing drains inside!!!!! Never use this company. Never use them. They will take your money and they will not do a good job and then they will blame you and they will not even repair it correctly!!!!! After paying 6000 cash we cannot use our cesspools because County Cesspool never installed them properly!!! Stay away!!!
