I was 100% satisfied. They were very efficient, Honest and prompt. They help me go through the whole process and i appreciate the help of the company especially Brandon. I love the bedrooms and I would recommend them.

The owner had great insights and ideas and the job looks beautiful and like it costs way more than the budget we had. Cernilli remodeling gives you a lot for your money! The crews are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!! We will be calling them again to complete the exterior renovations in the Spring!

OMG! I can't believe the wonderful work they are doing! We hagve a really small house and they have created a home! Our fault that we had a delay over the holidays (Santa coming and 3 little boys, schools closed etc) but here they back on track and hoping to finish up soon. Cernelli has been professional, courteous - does FANTASTIC work and ALL this around the Holidays! The Craftmanship is perfection and their ideas have really helped us see exactly how we could improve the space, like I said this is a TINY house - We are coming into the home stretch now and I'll keep Posting to you - feel free to ask for tele # or visit! Terrible install. My late husband , who had no experience at all, did a better job in another area of the house. Sloppy, unprofessional. Left multiple things unfinished. Left my old carpet in the middle of my front lawn instead of putting to the street. When I complained they did come the next day and took it away, which I did not expect. Waited at home for them 4 times when they never showed up and did not even call to say they were not coming. They were also totally unprepared. Didn't have enough or had the wrong material. Just yesterday, 8/30/15, a piece of molding fell off. I figured they had glued it instead of nailing it on. They had done neither, just shoved it into the space. Had to take care of it myself. I have spaces in corners that should have been filled in with putty. I will also take care of this myself. It took almost a month for a 1 day install with profuse apologies and excuses made with each misstep.

The demo was fine. Things starting going downhill when they started installing the cabinets. The cabinets and molding didn’t look level after they were installed. They were unable to align the cabinets correctly. They said that the cabinets were warped and the manufacturer had to send new ones. Once the new ones came in, they had the same problem. Clearly it was an instillation problem. In March Cernilli did the electrical work. I called two independent electrical companies to come out and found out that they were taking short cuts. I called Cernilli and told them what the certified electrician said and what needed to be done. They did not want to fix the electrical issues, but did after I had sent proof of the issues. In April I gave them a punch list, and the plumbing work was done incorrectly. I had to hire a plumber to come back and fix their work. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and they were totally unprofessional.

floors are buckled. The hardwood should have been left to acclimate for a week One wall is badly bowed out which made it difficult to install interior molding and doors Outside hand railing has come apart just recently which will require a service call from a reputable company.

Flooring was done so-so some of the panels were bad and never replaced. Part of our agreement was to install moldings on doors, floors and ceiling but it was never done. I called multiple times over past few months but no answer. I would be aware. Make sure you have a contract signed and be there for the work. And make sure you interview the workers looks like they are sub-lending work to anyone.
