+ -1 moreHe began working on up grading my circuit breaker panel in March 2016 and it's now November 2016 and work is still not completed. He keeps stalling and postponing appointments. He is NOT a man of his word.

Description of Work: I used the services of Barbato Electric. He upgraded my service from 100 amp to 200 amp service.
