pool cleaners
+ -1 morenevr showed, didnt call. Call Trevor up said he got caught up because of weather. Scheduled another appointment to clean pool. Never showed. I called him one more time to schedule appointment. We schedule for Wednesday. Never showed up. Called him numerious times to see what happened. No longer answering phone and no call back. I just wish if the company is too busy to add on customers then why arent people honest. Its a shame, Trevor seemed very professional.
Description of Work: Called to perform weekly pool service. Owner Trevor was real professional. Gave me a date of when he would be there to go over his service, inspect the pool. Very detailed.

+ -1 moreOh wow this pool service is great. Trevor used to be in business with Big Blue Pools and they have since parted ways, and he has now his own company for the past 2 years. What a lovely sweet person who gets the job done. He will tell you if he is running late, or has to move your appointment to the next day, which he did for for me.(he had to move my appointment to the next day) He explained everything to me, told me what to do in the off weeks when he is not here. And if any problem arises he said to call him back. He does service above ground pools. Some companies do not. A plus from this man.
Description of Work: Fixing of the pump, and adjustment of the filter, vacuuming of the pool, cheking to see if the filter was running correctly, setting the filter timer for me, adding and adjusting water quality, skimming pool. Playing with my 3 and 5 y/o DD's!
