When I bought my house, I did not realize the secondary bedrooms did not have light fixtures/ceiling fans. I recently hired Jose to install three ceiling fans in my home. I coudn't have been more pleased with the result. He carefully assessed the best locations for each fan and ensured that everything was properly installed and secure. I will definitely be reaching out for any future home improvement projects.

I Highly recommend ALTA Renovation Corp. Their performance and track record exceed all expectations. This is the second large scale job, Jose Diaz and Crew were hired by us. I have been in construction (masonry) for more than three decades, so I’m no stranger to Home Improvements and ALTA by far was the BEST Quality of work performed. They handle all aspects of your work needed. No need to hold up the job because a Plumber or Electrician can’t be there for a week. They do it all, QUALITY work and at Reasonable Price. Jose Diaz, Owner of ALTA is compassionate to your needs and is approachable and understanding. Of course, the job scope changes whiles the job is ongoing, but it never an issue with ALTA. Back to my opening sentence, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, ALTA, Jose Diaz and Crew. PS The Crew has been with ALTA for some time and they are extremely respectful. They all loved my family, grand kids and dog. ALTA is an 11 on a scale of 1 - 10.

This is the third time that Jose and Alta Renovations have done major projects in our home. They are knowledgeable, professional and always get the job done without delays. Jose is attentive to every detail of a project and even had helpful suggestions in the planning phases.

Results were wonderful- no surprises even when the inevitable unexpected happened- all costs discussed and prices fair. All the employees were reliable polite and friendly and I was very comfortable with them in my home (as a woman and teen daughter only in the house) . When I need work I will use Mr. Diaz’ Alta Reno again!

Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased. I'm recommending him to all my 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

What can I say about Alta Renovation?? Well actually I have so much to say...Jose(Alta Renovation) was beyond the best contractor I have ever dealt with!! Jose made sure my kichen Renovation went quick and smooth with no issues that I needed to deal with. Whenever I needed something that needed attending to, Jose made sure him or his men took care of it. Jose and his staff were very noligable in all aspects pertaining the work that was being done. A long over due review. From the initial consultation to the jobs end. Extremely seamless. We had our kitchen remodeled and ton of extras we threw at him. Jose from day one was extremely professional from start to finish and takes pride in his work. So you can expect perfection on finish work. Alta gave us a fair priced estimate and a very detailed estimate of scope of work from start to finish. No surprise charges. The work was done in a timely fashion and completed on the timeline set forth. We were and are very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism throughout the project. Working with Jose and is team was an excellent experience. He’s very dependable and reliable . He shows up on time and he works! His prices are very reasonable and his work product is wonderful. Jose was initially hired to do one project for me (renovation of all 3 bedrooms - install new ceiling light (bedroom had no overhead lighting ) repair ceiling, instal new ceiling fan, paint all bedrooms, built two custom closets. After I realized how well he worked, I asked him back to do a second project on my home, repainting the entire interior of my home, repairs to the ceiling etc. he also did more electrical work on the front of the house. He then did some tile replacement and I installed additional lights in the basement area. Based on the work my Neighbour saw at my home they also hired Jose to repaint the entire interior of their home.He’s the ONLY person I will ever call from now on for Anything I need done.

Alta os absolutely the best renovation company on Long Island. They have done many jobs for me and have always completed projects in a timely manner. Their workmanship is always very professional and accurately completed.

Jose Is a fantastic choice for a remodeling job. He fully remodeled my kitchen and first floor including moving walls and installing new hardwood floors. Not only are his carpentry skills exceptional but he also has an eye for detail. He is meticulous and finished each project to my high standards.
