Wonderful! Everything cleaned up and cut down all in one day while I was at work. Could ask for a better service.

Even though the workers for the company did a reasonably good job, the owner of the company shows little ability to be an entrepreneur. Got a quote, called him on the phone to schedule the service and was told a couple of weeks. Eight weeks later they just showed up...no notice, no phone call, nothing. Once the workers were complete with their work, tree removal, they never came to the house to get me and walk through the work completed. They just left. Then 3 days later I got a bill for the work, never got a called from the owner to ask me if I was satisfied with the work completed, never called to thank me for giving him the work, which led to 3 other jobs in my neighborhood.They were supposed to grind the stumps, but that never happened. Would not recommend this company.

Mark showed up for the estimate at the time promised. His estimate seemed reasonable for the amount of work I requested. This is a busy time of year for him and I wanted the work done as soon as possible. He promised he would start as quickly as he could fit me in. Three days later he called and his crew showed up the next morning at the scheduled time. His men worked hard for two days, did everything I asked of them in a professional manner and cleaned up the site before they left. I highly recommend True Cut Tree Service.
