 + -1 moreWe've used Tim Shea Plumbing and Heating for many years, and highly recommend this business. They come when they say they'll be here, know what they're doing, get the job done, and try to keep costs down. We had them here just a few days ago because our older boiler (for our baseboard heating system) wasn't doing a very good job heating the house during the bitter cold, and the "toe kick" heater in our kitchen needed to be repaired. As it turned out, the water temp for the boiler was too low, so they just recalibrated it, and the parts to repair the kitchen heater should be here soon. Also, we really appreciate that they communicate with us. When we called this last time, they checked to ensure we had heat and to ask if we could hold off for a couple of days so they could take care of emergencies for people who had no heat during the frigid temperatures.
