John arrive exactly on time. Very pleasant and efficient. This is the second time I have used his service. The first time he needed to install a new switch in my bathroom. Excellent service

We had a problem with our old electric service entrance with arcing behind the meter. Our electric provider told us the service entrance needed to be brought up to code. We had been given an approximate cost by friends who had similar work done. An estimate by a large local company with a good reputation seemed very high (over double what we expected) and was for only a 150 amp panel. We found John on Angie's List and gave him a call. He came right out and looked things over and an estimate followed the next day. It was in line with what we expected and was for a 200 amp panel. We gave him the go ahead and when the electric provider pressured us for completion John was right on it and got the new service installed and inspected in 2 days. He did a wonderful, clean and neat job and we were only without power for a short while. His work is first rate and John is very friendly and personable. I will not hesitate to call him back for other electric work on our home.

John is a professional in every sense of the word. From diagnosing and repairing electrical problems and outlets to installation of electrical fixtures, I can't say enough that would express my gratitude for his expert job. John is honest and fit me into his busy schedule... what a great blessing! I will definitely be using John for any additional work as well as recommending him to others! He is easy to talk with, listens and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need. If you need electrical work, I would highly recommend you contact him!

John did an excellent job in every aspect of the service call. He arrived on time, let me know what the problem was with the wiring and the broken fan, and stayed later than the two hours I had hired him for to complete the job. I will definitely be calling him in the future.

From above, John removed an overhead florescent light and installed 3 kitchen pendant lights, removed a hanging fixture and replaced it with a recessed LED. He also installed an outlet into the kitchen island and a 240 V plug for my new convection oven. John also installed 5 recessed LED lights on a dimmer switch in our living room ceiling. There was no electricity to the ceiling before he did this. Lastly John replaced 3 light fixtures for us as well. We are so pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of work we received. All work was done on time and on budget. The price we paid was for labor, wiring and the outlet/receptacles. We provided all light fixtures, cans and the dimmer switch. Without hesitation we will be contacting John Abraham for all of our future electrical needs! Now that we had the holes patched and painted we get so many compliments about John's handiwork. 5 stars!!

I was going to attempt this myself but after looking at the arrangement of the wires going to overhead light, dual switching for that light as well as the basement light and a wall outlet, I thought better left to a professional. I found Abraham Electric in my penny saver news paper and visited his web site and looked at his recent reviews on Angie's List. We arranged to have him do the work after he came to size up the job and offer an estimate. Turns out there were a couple of items that I'm glad I did not attempt to service as the previous owners ran wires to accommodate earlier needs. In addition to the interior work, I had Abraham Electric assess the service to the house, meter and panel. He made recommendations which my utility came to verify and suggested the work be done soon as it presented a safety hazard. I will use Abraham Electric again to upgrade my portion of the outside service, meter and panel. I told the utility inspector who came to assess their portion of the outside service that I planned to use Abraham Electric to which he said they were a good choice.

I called john out because I thought I had aluminum wiring and needing a rewire. He showed up next day and have me the relief that it was copper. He gave me a quote to rewire the whole house with upgrades. It was way cheaper than I expected. Great guy.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness with which he worked. He repeatedly checked with me for every decision which I really appreciated. He explained each step in the process in a manner that helped me understand what work he did. He was quite patient with us through a family emergency and the fact that we had to change plans and budget before the work could begin. The work was completed in a thoughtful and professional manner and he set everything up for the next round of electrical improvements for whenever we are ready to do them. My only gripe is that it was difficult to contact him at times and that I would have like to have him get back to me sooner than he did. We will use Abraham Electric again without hesitation.

John was there when he said he would be, was always professional and polite and we were always able to reach him if needed.

While there he found a couple of problems, my tenants came forward with a couple problems and he took care of all of them. Excellent electrician and very personable...

Did the work as stated in a timely fashion. Felt the work was exceptional for the price.

John was willing to come out on the same day we called him. He had to do some rewiring of our electric on the one floor in order to get power to the stair landing. He listened to what we needed and did the job well. Professional, polite, nice. He's not speedy, but he is thorough. He even helped my mother and me, who are both disabled, to finish another project we were working on at the time.

Everything went very well. He had some good ideas about some other problems that I will have fixed in the future. Always arrived on time. He did the work in 2 different mornings.

JOHN HELPED FINISH UP THE ELECTRIC WORK LEFT UNDONE BY MY REMODELING CONTRACTOR. HE DIAGNOSED WIRING PROBLEMS I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT SO THE HOME COULD PASS INSPECTION. JOHN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE KEPT ME INFORMED AS WORK PROGRESSED AND WAS WILLING TO MEET WITH THE INSPECTOR. I WILL DEFINITELY USE JOHN AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.
