The cleaner arrived during the time estimate he gave. He was polite and professional. He cleaned the areas quickly but very thoroughly, and the carpet was almost completely dry by the next morning. The fee was exactly what he had told me it would be, and was lower than any of the national services.

I left a phone message and the owner returned my call promptly 2 minutes later. He was able to schedule a service date about a week from my phone call. I had used Upstate Carpet Care many times before about 15 - 20 years ago when my children were little and was always pleased with the owner's prompt, courteous, and reliable service. I was so pleased to see, when I looked him up in the yellow pages, that he was still in business and it's understandable why. He is very meticulous and conscientious and takes his time cleaning and spot treating stains. There were several stains on my family room carpet and he was able to get them all out. His price is reasonable and the service is excellent. I had to remove everything but the big furniture pieces (sofa, loveseat, recliner chair) which he was able to work around. The carpet was dry in 24 hours and looks and feels like new. I will definitely use Upstate Carpet Care again in the future and highly recommend his services.

Many carpet cleaning companies charge a minimum of $99 to come out to your house, so usually I'm paying that price for 1 room. He only charged me $60 for the carpet and $5 for the area rug. He squeezed me in at the end of one of his work days to accomodate my schedule. Did a great job. Carpet was dry by next morning and looked great.

I have hired Upstate Carpet Care for three years. I am really happy with him. He is very straight forward when it comes to setting a time and day. The carpets dry quickly. The man is very efficient.
