TAYLOR RENTAL

The two painters from Taylor's Painting were very professional, pleasant, polite, neat, and capable. They repainted the bathroom with two coats of paint and cleaned up within 4 hours each. I was very pleased with the 8 hours of painting deal from Angie's List.

This was the RV from H***!!!! The vehicle had over 152k miles and drove like it. Pulled drastically to the right. The prep of the vehicle was poor. Very dirty inside and out, broken sewage hose, smoke detector did not work. We rented from Friday to Monday. The refrigerator did not get cold, the hot water heater was cracked and leaked into the RV all weekend, and the power vent int the bathroom did not work. We were told to call a 1-800 number if we had any problems. Turned out to be just a call center that took messages. Waited 4-8 hours for call backs. No help at all from 1-800 number. While the pre-rental prep and maintenance were poor, the customer service was surprisingly good at Taylor. We did get a 1/2 day credit on the rental, but it basically ruined our whole weekend. I don't know how much is Taylor's fault or how much is CruiseAmericas. I don't think I would ever rent an RV again!!!!!

The firm is easy to deal with and reliable; we've used them for several years. The set-up crews are good to work with, polite, and strive to minimize turf damage. They show up on the agreed day and get the tent up. Pricing is higher than some of the competition and the structure is a little deceiving. The tent rental is quoted without delivery or set-up, but delivery and set-up is a mandatory service. The tent was clean, in good repair, and the rigging was left neat.
