+ -1 moreI worked with father, Sam Obi to get prices and arrange the work schedule. Did not meet with son Dave initially. Greg did most of the siding installation work and was very thorough.
Description of Work: Contracted to tear-off existing siding and replace with new vinyl siding.

Work was done as scheduled in one day and was completed skillfully despite challenges presented by an older home. The quality of the products and work was excellent.

+ -1 moreI also used Sam Obi to re-roof my house. You cannot get better than him. He is honest. I wanted to get a new storm door and Sam said he could sell me one but that my current door was fine. That shows me he is not trying to sell me something I do not need.
Description of Work: I purchased six windows from Sam Obi. Obi then installed them. This replaced about half the windows in my home. They were regular room windows, no picture or bay windows.

+ 0 moreSam Obi is top-notch. You cannot hire anyone better. They got the job done quickly, cleaned up fast, and got the Dumpster out in no time. I like that kind of efficiency. His pricing was excellent too. I had gotten a higher quote from someone else. I would use them again if I need their services.
Description of Work: Sam Obi replaced the roofing on my one-story, 1250-square-foot house. They also put on a 27-foot ridge vent to let heat escape from the attic, and replaced the gutters.
