+ -1 moreWe had a stamped concrete sidewalk and grill pad installed in 2021 by Regional. The final product looks great but was quite an ordeal getting it done. Contract was signed in May, job not completed until late September! Since then we have discovered a hole in the sidewalk and some of the material om porch step front has come off. Several phone calls and texts in the last year and NO ANSWER! Lovely way to do business! Would not recommend them

+ -1 moreMr. Florio couldn't get his act together. We scheduled a meeting; then he sent an email changing the time, which I agreed to. Following that I received a phone call from Mr. Florio in which he told me that he had sent the email to the wrong person, but that he would meet with me at the time I had agreed to per his message. HE DIDN'T SHOW UP! Two days later I found a message on my phone recorder proposing that we find a new time to meet. I ignored the message.
