they did a GREAT job and they have for many years now and i would highly recommend them to everyone! FYI Your queestion above to which I answered NO "Was money paid or were services performed?" needs clarification as the answer cannot be yes or no it is either one or the other and there is no reference for whom the money or services were paid or done!

The service was wonderful that's why I use them repeatedly. They cleaned it and it was beautiful. They were professional. They come right on time. They were able to schedule me at the time I needed it.

It went very well. He really took his time. He spend a lot more time here. My husband and I just come in today. How the rugs feels good and clean. he was just very thorough and probably the best cleaning we've had. Also he's just such a terrific personality, he was very very friendly.

The 2-man team arrived early. Loved the steps they use to clean carpets, especially the first two steps of deep raking to get at settled-in dirt, and then thorough vacuuming. Never had this done before and have had lots of cleanings.

The appointment was easy to arrange. Jim arrived on time. I had moved all but the heaviest furniture so the cleaning went quickly. With the help of fans the carpet seemed to dry in a reasonable time. Just before Jim arrived I tipped over the last of my morning coffee. This spill wicked up after Jim left. He returned about a week later and re-cleaned that spot. He leaves a product that can be used on spills/spots which is a nice touch.

The work was performed very efficiently by owner and coworker. The carpets were dry very quickly. The couch and ottomans took longer.

They did a neat job. They will even vacuum first. Their whole process is excellent.

The owner is Jim Baker. They are reliable, punctual and affordable. They use a low moister technique so you are not dealing with a wet carpet for a day or two after they come. If they come in the morning the carpets are usually dry by night. They were inexpensive. They have been cleaning carpet for me for about 20 years. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

I’ve used them in the past and I like them a lot. I think they’re excellent. They do the best work that I’ve ever had done anywhere with any carpet cleaner. I’ve used them a couple of times. I think I paid them $170 for their services. I will definitely use them again in the future. The next time I need my carpets cleaned, they’d be the ones that I would call. I don’t know how I got them. I found out about them, tried them and I liked them. So the next time I need my carpets cleaned, I would call them again.

Quick Dry Carpet did a fair job of most of the rooms, but did leave some stains behind. I found them to be okay, just not great.
