The job was done in 1 day and she fit us into a backup date quickly when the first date she offered did not work well for us. She responded very quickly to my initial request for an estimate, and followed up regularly with me several times after that. Her price was right in the ballpark of the other 3 estimates I got, but we went with Onyx due to their consistently high reviews on Angie's List and elsewhere and were not disappointed!

+ -1 moreHeather was very pleasant and eager to do the job, however, after comparing her estimate to a few others I learned that she had the wrong square footage for my driveway. The estimate was almost $1000 more than it should have been. Heather was more than willing to correct her error and give me a new estimate, but in this line of work it is vital to be able to measure a driveway correct the first time. If I had not noticed, I would have been charged $1000 more that I should have.
