These guys do really nice work. Great attention to detail. Focus. Professionalism. The cost estimate was the price. This work was completed in January, the coldest part of the year. A sensible homeowner would have waited until the summer. Estimating the job and sequencing the work to minimize disruption to heating the house was a big concern. And there were challenges. The chimney flue is lower than normal because the basement is field stone. The house is post and beam construction. The boiler and water heater installations needed to comply with new recently imposed government regulations. Maier knew how to do the work, overcome the challenges and stay within the rules for compliance. And keep us warm while the work was being done.

It was a significant purchase so we had multiple quotes and we had people come out and assess it for us. In the end, theirs was by far a better price for a higher end system. Also, they had a little bit more personal service since they are a smaller company versus the other ones we looked at. We dealt directly with the owner; he came and was part of the install and he answered all of my questions throughout the process. They were just very accessible.

I've used them before. They installed AC and replaced the furnace in my previous house. For my new house they arrived on time and finished on time. They did good work and didn't leave a mess behind. They perform the maintenance service on the HVAC at my house and my mother's house. I have always found them to be reliable and professional. I will use them again and have recommended them to others.

All work done on time in an excellent, workman like manor. The installers and the service technician were very professional and personable. Since the work was done as expected at a high quality level there is not much else to say. I would recommend to others.
