Description of Work: Lisa met with me several times to discuss a plan for my house that is under construction. She asked questions about how I intended to use the space, how I envisioned living there, as well as preferences of styles and features. In the end, she came up with a beautiful design that worked so well in the space! I felt she really listened to what I told her, and offered very thoughtful, functional options that were perfect for us.

Description of Work: I'm renovating a house, and ran out of ideas when it came to some of the decorating. Lisa pulled it all together for me. Great suggestions, good eye, captured my taste and was very professional!

Description of Work: Lisa did a complete redesign of our kitchen, floor to ceiling, recommended flooring, cabinets, lighting, counter top, paint colors etc. Lisa really learns what you want and likes as a homeowner and then presents a few options at each juncture and is always quick to reply to inquiries.

Description of Work: We first 'discovered' Lisa Winter in 2002 and she came to our rescue for the redesign of our townhouse. We pretty much did everything: put in new windows, new color scheme, faux painting, sand and suede painting, addition of new exterior and interior windows, fireplace hearth redesign, everything and anything. What I appreciate is that Lisa is both a great person and a person who truly takes the needs and wants of her clients into the center of all she does. After our first work with her, we referred her to about 5 different friends and family members. To each, she became indispensible. And...each home is totally different. She doesn't do 'her' thing over and over again. She helps her clients create the home THEY want. They're all different. We asked her to do a new design for our kitchen two years ago. She had so many creative ideas which we used. She helped us get just the right backsplash for our new kitchen and put a lot of work in on the design. Description of Work: She provided a redesign to redecorate both the basement and first floor family room.She provided a cohesive design for color, furnishings and accessories. We were able to refinish and reutilize furniture which helped to contain costs, while providing a more updated look.
