It went very well. They did the original installation several years ago and a part in the outdoor unit recently failed. Even though the part was no longer under warranty they extended to me a courtesy discount. The technician arrived in a very timely period and at my convenience and they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. The person who repaired my unit was neat, clean and professional. They have also taken care of several homes for my family and friends and have done a great job for them as well. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with all aspects of dealing with Roth. the installations took 2 days. Men were professional, protected floors, no smoking or other unacceptable behavior. Highly recommend them.

The sales person was very thorough, walking me through the installation process and gave me an estimate that was reasonable. The maintenance technician was on time (what a blessing!) and thoroughly examined my heating system, performing tests and giving me those results. The installation technician was on time and completely cleaned up the work area as part of his duties. This was a very positive experience.

Leo J Roth exceeded my expectations in every regard. They provided a very competitive price, was extremely responsive to any/all questions asked over multiple forms of communication (phone, email, text messages) during all hours, and on weekends. These guys were always available. They came to the first meeting with a sheet of references. I visited the first guy on the list and he paid Leo J Roth compliment after compliment. The whole process took longer than they had estimated (about twice as long) but they never charged me for any overage. My job was a very challenging install, but they tackled it perfectly! They executed the plans that they laid out, and when it deviated (only a few times) they always asked for my input and gave alternative solutions. They workers were all extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. They even worked around my 2 year old daughter's nap schedule! If you're looking for someone to install your geothermal system, you need to call Leo J Roth! The workers they hire are all union workers, these guys do great work, and get paid well; the quality really shows in the finished product.

The technician did a fine job. I was a bit put off by the salesman who followed up.

The process was very smooth for the most part. There was some miscommunication due to the salesperson promising to do more than what ended up written in the contract. However, they offered to hold to his promises. Be sure if you want to have old items removed to have it written in the contract too. It took about three weeks to install the entire system but hardly impacted our day to day activities and even accommodated some of our late sleepers. The single crafts person who did all the interior work (plumbing, electrical, and metal duct work) arrived promptly every morning and worked until late afternoon everyday. Like I said the installation was excellent. All pipes insulated, wires neatly cable tied, and the majority of the tanks and machinery tucked under the basement stairs. They made sure to put one or two air vents in each room (3 in the living room) plus an air return vent in every room. The whole house maintains a constant (whatever we set it to) temperature throughout, we kept it at 72and deg; throughout Augand Sept and our electricity bill dropped by more than a third over the previous year when we were using air conditioners in two rooms and just on the hottest days. They were very pleasant to work with and tried their best to accommodate us to be sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend them.

We were very satisfied with the complete service. Jim Godfrey came to the house twice to go over all the details of the proposal. We had 3 other estimates and Jim was the only one who checked that the existing duct work was sufficient for the larger capacity units required. He has an amazing knowledge of heating and A/C., was polite and careful. He was at the house several times to ensure everything was going according to plan. The installers, Nick and Reuben, were also excellent. They were punctual, neat and knowledgeable. The job was finished on schedule with no surprises, and we are delighted with the result.
