K/T ENTERPRISES, LLC

K/T Enterprises was one of four business that I contacted to get estimates from. Mr. Kreuter was very prompt in returning my call and setting up an appointment to give me an estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained in great detail what he and his staff would need to do. Before leaving he did give me a ball park estimate for the total man-hours, but no information about the possible cost. He asked me if I had gotten any other estimates. I had and I said that it was for about half of the man-hours he estimated. That appeared to upset him since he immediately asked what color truck the estimator had. I honestly didn't know and wouldn't have said if I had remembered. He said he'd get back to me. He never did. It is his loss because he assumed I'd only go with the lowest bid. That was not necessarily the case. Now he'll never have me as a customer.

Clark from K/T Enterprises, LLC knew his stuff and was very impressive from that standpoint. However, his quote would have been okay but he wasn't equipped for the tree work I needed and he wanted to contract it out so I decided to go with another company. With the tree guy involved it took the quote over the top. I never met the person that quoted the two trees and it was quite high. Clark from K/T Enterprises, LLC was absolutely professional, there on time, we walked around so he was very thorough, he explained what he was going to do, and what I needed to do. He divided the quote out in sections so in case I wanted to divide the work I could have done it that way too but I went with a company that could do it all.

Went great, I'll be using them again this season. I started using K/T about half way through the 2010 summer. The day I called, Clark stopped out to look at the property and give an estimate. The next day they were out there doing the first run. Every single week throughout the whole season they showed up on time, and worked quickly and thoroughly with one guy running a riding mower and another handling the weed whacker. At the end of the season I also paid for a "fall cleanup" of all the leafs my 2 large maple trees shed, and they took care of it all including disposal in 4 man-hours, for a fairly full 1/2 acre of leafs. Price is good, only reason I give them a B is because they aren't the cheapest I've seen. But I trust these guys and they've never let me down. Angie'sList should change the "Price" word to "Value", cause they'd get an "A" for that.

The service is always prompt and they appear to have a well maintained fleet of trucks. Even during times of no snow they are responsive to our needs i.e. drifting snow or a special trip requested for a party.

We have K T Enterprises for snow removal for years. We've never had any problems, and they do a great job. I would recommend them to others.

K T Enterprises didn't inform me that it would be best to trim the trees in the spring, and we hired in the fall. They waited all winter to do the work and wouldn't return our phone calls. But they did do the work in spring and did a nice job.
