 + 4 moreJoe is not the typical contractor. He was there when he said he would be there. If something changed and he could not be there he would call well in advance. You would never believe we had a contractor working on our place because he intermittently cleaned up. To say the least he left the place spotless. The amount of time that he estimated for each job was pretty accurate. No surprises with Joe. His work is impeccable and prices fair. He is the best contractor that I have ever hired. You can bet that Joe and only Joe will be doing any future jobs for me.
Description of Work: New roof, point up, re-tar and cap chimney, install new drain line to toilet, tub and sink, move bathroom light fixture and install bathroom cabinets, increase length of kitchen soffit and reinstall cabinets.
