Terrible high price did not fix all issues. Lost charge and rubber strip on bottom of laptop. Also insisted I never gave them charger. Found rubber strip stuck to charger then laughed about it.

As you can tell by my rating, I would never recommend their service, nor would I ever hire them for anything else. The communications was bad and the work was sub-par. The work I needed was never done and they had my equipment for 3 weeks and I never received a call. If you need computer work done, my advise is to go somewhere else. If I could give a 0 rating, I would have. I just want to warn people to go somewhere else.

Took my Zip drive out, did not reinstall a workable CD card reader. He was told to do all this work and did not. Once I asked him to do the work, he said he would have to charge me. I will never use him again and I have been using his company since it opened about 15 years ago.

He had our computer crashed and took it to him for service. We have been having problems along with the hard drive. He told that he can replace the hard drive at a price but it would be better off to just to replace the computer because it was just about the same price as the hard drive. We choose to buy the computer and he transferred all the files for us and downloaded all the programs for us. It was just very good service.

Computer was returned to me in largely unusable condition. No software was restored and dll's were missing that were needed to reinstall critical programs. Four vertical lines , pink, black, white, gray, appear on the desktop. The technician's response to the origin of the lines was "I have no idea". He refused all assistance. Owner (Jeff) would not discuss any problems and behaved as if I was being bother some by asking for help in restoring my system. I purchased this computer from this dealer and heretofore have had no service problems, even when the motherboard died. In past visits, there were several technicians working there, but now there is only one who is, in my experience, grossly incompetent. The work done was expensive, largely due to the inordinate amount of time the tech used for work I cannot identify, and some of which I did not request.
