Once we connected, I was impressed that two people cleaned up our 1/4 acre corner lot in two hours. We have four mature maple trees, so there are a lot of leaves plus the leaves that get blown into our yard.

For almost 10 years, I was extremely happy with Chris' performance. I would have graded his service with straight A's. This changed abruptly last Spring! After Chris completed the 2014-2015 snow plowing season, I asked him to schedule a general yard clean-up, followed by pruning my shrubs and then delivery/spreading of mulch. Bottom line...I never heard from Chris again! I left him a general inquiry voice message in May, another message in June asking for a tentative service date, and a final message several weeks later stating I had made other arrangements. As a result, I cannot recommend Hidden Valley Lawn & Landscape! In the past, Chris had always behaved in a professional manner. At the very least, if he could no longer service my account, he owed me a phone call or a letter of explanation.

Outstanding service all summer. Always on-time. Lawn is mowed and edge to my satisfaction. Service is complete, professional and fast.

They are good. They have been here twice to mow and do little spring clean up.We just thought that they were very reasonable in comparison to other proposals that we received. They have been very accessible for questions and very accommodating so far. I think they will be here tomorrow probably to do some more work.

I like them. They do a good job and seem to be thorough and quick. They haven't really damaged anything. I would use them again in the future.
