Response from Christian Flooring - Webster
The retail store Mr. [member name removed] purchased his vinyl from is no longer in business. Although Christian Flooring acquired the location, we did not take on the liabilities of that company. As a customer courtesy Christian flooring offered to repair the problem at no cost to Mr. [member name removed]. By doing so, we did not constitute acceptance of liability for any portion of the original purchase through the other retailer. The repair was done at the expense of Christian Flooring. Not only once, but three times we went out to Mr. [member name removed] home. the first time we addressed his concerns near the threshold. The second visit, we repaired the bubble in the center of the kitchen. It wasn't until the third visit, our mechanic pulled back the vinyl to discover that the vinyl was soaked, due to a leak coming from the refrigerator. Hence the reason for the floor not adhering and the cause of the bubbles.
