Wonderful! This guy has been cleaning windows for almost 50 years! He knows his stuff. He used to hang from the roofs of those tall skyscrapers. Now he specializes in residential homes. He's reasonable and shows up on time and has a rapid response time. I called on a Thursday and Saturday morning he was cleaning my windows. Free estimates are given so you just can't lose with this guy.

We needed to get our windows washed quickly prior to listing our home. We hadn't used Charlie before, but he returned each of our calls and moved around his schedule to accommodate our time frame. The other window washers we contacted were not as flexible and we appreciated Charlie's willingness to help. The windows looked amazing after Charlie was done. He also worked quickly and was able to finish the job in a few hours. This is the first time we have hired someone to wash our windows and we didn't realize that our storm windows would be a problem. Charlie seemed upset that he had to clean the storm windows. We were surprised that we needed to provide the towels for the job and had to clean up black drips from bottom of window frames and walls after he was done. Overall, he did a good job, but wasn't as professional as we expected.

ABSOLUTLY EXCELLENT!! The windows are sooo clean and clear its almost as if there is no glass! He called ,was prompt/polite/ and courteous! we have had other window washers in our homes here in rochester ny as well as in california...and he is by far the BEST!

Excellent job. Charles spent about 3 hours washing about 25 windows. They were made sparkling clean including the storms. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was a pleasure to have in our house. The price charged was exactly the same as the estimate. He is a good and clear communicator. He called us to set up the time and then just before coming he confirmed the time. After a week of rain and blowing wind, the windows are still sparkling. We have scheduled him for next year.

Charles preferred to give an estimate over the phone and did not want to make the drive out to see our house ahead of time. The price he gave me over the phone ended up being nowhere near the actual cost of the service. In fact, he quoted me a price around $200 and ended up charging close to double. I called him ask about this after the fact and did not get a call back with an explanation. Needless to say this is disappointing and I would suggest folks to find other alternatives.

Charles did a great job with cleaning the windows of my large house. He cleaned the windows inside and out. They turned out great and I'm very happy with the results. He showed up on time and worked very hard while he was here. I highly recommend him for any residential window cleaning job.

Charlie arrived when he promised and left all my windows sparkling!

He didn't have a lot of equipment but the windows were very clean and spotless when he was finished. He stayed for a little more than 2 hours, had a good personality and was very efficient, courteous, professional and offered some good advice on adding more gas to the window seals which has escaped over time.

He told me upfront he wouldn't be able to do a couple of the windows because they were too high up. He was reliable, timely, efficient, friendly and honest. I have nothing bad to say about him.

We called Charlie to clean the windows of the house we bought last month because he did such a great job of cleaning the windows on the house we sold in May of this year. As before, he called back the same day I left him a phone message. He came to the house on a Saturday and did his window cleaning magic. Prompt, courteous and professional describes Charlie. We highly recommend.

Charlie has been cleaning our windows for about 20 years. He's punctual, tidy, really knows his business,moves right along, likes our two labs and is a fun guy to be around. We had some mold issues last year and in the course of getting the mold taken care of a few windows up high got dirty again, Charlie came back right away and cleaned those windows again, he's very responsible, cares about his customers as well as their windows.

Charlie did a great job of cleaning our windows-- no streaks anywhere and no mess inside our house. He is very skilled and efficient, and can move right along to get the job done. He answered my original call very promptly on the same day, and came to do the job just a couple days later at the promised time. I called him because I saw on Angie's List that he was a single person working for himself and had been in business a long time-- I figured he would be invested in his work and do a good job since this is his livelihood. That did turn out to be true.

Charlie is the best. He has been cleaning my windows for 20 years. I can always count on him calling me in early May to set up an appointment. He works around my schedule and is a pleasure to talk to. He is very good at what he does. The windows sparkle when he is done and he works quickly. I would not call anyone else to do my windows.

It didn't take him long at all to do all our windows. He's a one-man operation. The only window and door window he didn't do were in the garage. He said most all clients don't want those items cleaned. That was strange to us as the window is on the side of garage that one passes by to the front door and it was filthy. He came back the next day and cleaned both. If you want those windows cleaned, you should include when hiring him. We did not need to have the basement block windows cleaned. We plan to have him do the windows in the fall and again in the spring. It's such a pleasure to have such sparkling windows to look through!
