I do not give out five stars easily because I feel like this means there is nothing to improve ... but if I could give 6, 7, 8 or 10 stars to Catalino Gutter Services, I would without hesitation! Look no further if you need gutter repair. And I'll go out on a limb and guess that their gutter cleaning is just as high quality -- I'll be switching our gutter cleaning to them in the Spring & Fall, based on how well they helped us with our repairs. So here's the sitch -- we'd just had our gutters cleaned and the service provider mentioned our gutters in the back were sagging which meant water wasn't draining, so they needed repair. Based on great Angie's List reviews for Catalino, I called for an estimate -- which was provided in about 2 days (quick considering it's Winter, many people needed their gutters cleaned after an early Fall snow which meant that every gutter company was backed-up with cleaning and calls for repairs, like mine). The price seemed reasonable, so we proceeded. Not only were they able to fill our repair needs FAR sooner than anticipated, the communication was TRULY exceptionally good, and then they were able to fix some very unanticipated repairs when they uncovered that our fascia boards (what the gutters hook onto) were completely rotten. In summary, they kept exactly to the revised quote that included more repairs than anticipated, the pricing was VERY reasonable, their timeline was to the "T" with what they quoted, they did an extraordinary job of cleaning up behind themselves, and were friendly and offered superior communication throughout. We're switching everything for gutter maintenance to them, and any future repairs will come their way without hesitation. A+++++++++ service.

They did a great job explaining my options and with their work...all questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Would recommend them for anyone needing new gutters or gutter maintenenace.

Super responsive company... In the beginning I was having Catalino gutters quote me on the soffits as well. They came out to the house once and we had multiple phone conversations. I ultimately decided to go with my roofer because of the InvisiVent product they used. I could of had my roofer use their gutter guy. However, I really liked Jeremy and Beth. Beth made scheduling easy when we had a rain delay. Jeremy really knows his stuff and I am a really picky customer. They carefully made the seamless gutters out in the street and then attached them to the house. Care was taken to seal the end caps. They used a level once the gutters were up on the house to make sure they were pitched correctly. I needed a runner for the roof and they screwed it to the gutter and then used some white spray paint to make the screw blend in with the gutters. Loved the work they did with the downspouts making sure they were aligned correctly. My only wish is that this company did more than gutters. I really liked working with this company and the workmanship. Coming from a picky customer.... This is the best gutter company outfit in town, hands down.

Super responsive in bidding process. Installation date quickly set. Seamless gutters replaced. Pitched perfect. They removed unnecessary downspouts. It rained that evening. I brought to their attn some spots that had drip edge issues. Jeremy (owner) came out and fixed them the next day. They also have a guarantee which gives us peace of mind. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the gutter job, but even more pleased with what followed. Later in the week I noticed a loose piece of fascia on the peak of the house (nowhere near any gutter work). I called them to ask if it was something they could fix (they had reattached a couple soffits in the course of their gutter work). They were back two days later, up on the roof, fixed the loose piece. I asked how much was told "No charge, we were in the neighborhood, glad to help". These are good people!

Excellent! Communication was excellent. Scheduling was timely. (Had to reschedule installation once due to weather conditions - delay was communicated in timely manner and follow up occurred the next day.) Workmen showed up on time. Workmen were efficient and done in less than half a day. The quality so far seems good. Everything about the service was professional.

The company responded the same day and did an exceptional job of re-attaching the gutter and then proceeded to check the remaining gutters to make certain it would not happen again. Great service, great company. They have earned my highest recommendation.

Catalino Gutters removed the old gutters on our 2nd floor apartment above our commercial office space and installed new gutters with correct slope for drainage. They also added a downspout which had to run across a flat roof. The new gutters work soooo much better and look great. They even used a black downspout for the run across the flat area so it blends in better. Jeremy Catalino met me for the estimate and for starting the job exactly on time. His crew worked efficiently in the sub-zero temperatures and they were done in a few hours. I plan on having him do some gutter work at our home as well.

We contacted Catalino's, and within just a few days, we had an estimate and a date on their calendar. Their communications, customer service, and pricing were top-notch, and we are thrilled with the final product. Our gutters look great, and our basement hasn't had any more water issues. We highly recommend them!

The Catalino team did a great job. The estimate was done promptly on request, and the work was completed efficiently and at a price I was very pleased with. They recommend a twice-annual cleaning and review for any needed repairs that might not appear to the naked eye, and I will do so. Very satisfied.
