excellent service. Called Brian at 4:30 because bees had chewed thru drywall and were in our home. He indicated he would be over within 2 hours. Instructed us what to do until he arrived. Arrived quickly, addressed the problem immediately. We would definitely recommend and hire him again. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

I have use the Cole service for 4 years now and my parents for over 20. Super nice. I had ants every year until I used his service. He puts a boundary up around the exterior of the house and no more ants and no bad smell. A super guy to work with. He will not charge you for work that does not need to be done and his prices are more than reasonable. You can't go wrong here!

He was the most Unbelievable person in a good way! I called him panicking because I had stink bugs, he told me there was nothing he could do with these type of bugs. He calmed me down and told me the only thing I could do was look and see if they were on the siding. He was the best! I would recommend him and trust him to do anything because of the way he handled the call. He could have come out and charged me $200 like other terminators but there would have been nothing he could have done. He called me back after hours, and took his free time to talk to me and explain the situation even though he knew he wasn't going to get any money out of it.

My parents have used this family business for many years. The father and son are super pleasant to work with. The father has retired and his son is now doing everything. I get ants every year and I was going to use them last year but he was almost a month backed up. So I used another service that power washed my house from top to bottom including windows with insecticide. The smell was gagging for several days. Cole's sprayed a a few feet up the siding, the decks and about 5 feet out from the house. There was almost no smell to his product. I called early this year and my call was answered and service date and time setup on the same call. He called me the day of service and said he was running early and asked if he could come right over. That was fine, so he was early. I have a ranch with around 2200 sq ft footprint and 3 decks. I think $125 is a bargain. Super friendly guy and great service. I am a happy camper!

I had taken care myself before he came. Very professional and gave me advise on how how to keep them out.

He called me back in a business day. I told him I thought we had carpenter bees, because I would see them coming and going (in season) from holes behind the fascia board over the garage. And then, there was the nest in the bedroom. I'd noticed a lot of dead bees in that room, a couple years ago, but nothing since. He said the bees nest was actually a yellowjacket nest, and that there were no bees there now (in April), that the yellowjacket colony dies back to the queen every year, and the nests aren't re-used. So just patch the small hole in the sheetrock. The carpenter bees in the fascia board (which I realized afterwards weren't even seen by the inspector) were a similar case. The bees aren't in the holes now, and they most likely will not return. Carpenter bees use their holes at most, 2 years. If they burrow in and turn right, the next year they burrow left, but then they're done. If I wanted, he could spray a pesticide which would kill any insects that came in contact, and he was booking dates 3-4 weeks out. He said the building inspector was probably just covering his (butt). I described what he'd said to the buyer's realtor, and the buyers were fine with just leaving it alone. A perfect transaction! Now about the ants in my kitchen....

They are very good. His son has taken over the business and he's the same as the dad. They are honest and if there's a problem they can fix, they fix it. If there's not a problem, they'll tell you there's not a problem. I didn't shop around for prices; when you have a problem, you've got a problem. You don't call around to see who costs the least to get the bees out of the house. I'm sure his prices are fine. I wasn't outraged. They respond to you immediately. They have somebody, a real person, who answers the phone. They are punctual and professional.

I kept seeing the occasional black ant in the house but thought nothing of it. As the problem persisted I soon discovered that what I was seeing was Carpenter Ants. Brian Cole has taken over the business from his father and responded to my call for service. He was on time and helpful. With our two brains put together we soon discovered not one but two carpenter ant nests located behind a wall in the family room. Brian made short work of the ants and informed me any stragglers would be gone shortly. He was correct, the ants were all gone in three days.

Cole did return my phone calls within 24 hours and was pleasant and polite.

I called the company to ask about ants in our home. They were eliminated last year by another company, but returned (as the other company said they might). We ascertained they are not carpenter ants, so Bob Cole suggested that I handle the problem myself and recommended a product available at a hardware store. I appreciated the time the contact spent speaking with me, and the product recommendation. Other companies are eager to set up a visit with a minimum charge that is well over what it will cost to take care of it myself. It was refeshing to have a company present a less expensive option. I would definitely contact Bob Cole again, if the need arises.

Bob Cole Pest Control is great. This is my second year using them and we are very satisfied. They always call before coming. We haven t had any problems with them at all. No bee problems. They are very nice and friendly.

Overall an excellent experience with Bob Cole Pest Control. I needed them in a hurry to get rid of the ants because my daughter was getting married. They were out right away and did a wonderful job.
