Exceptionally well! Andy listened to what we wanted to accomplish and came back with a vision beyond what we could imagine. He then accompanied us to venders in selecting materials. An agreement was signed and a crew of craftsmen and gentlemen followed. They were friendly, and responsive to our questions - even the dumb ones! We were impressed with their work ethic, attention to detail, and clean up at the end of the day. The ultimate proof of their skill is the final product. The LED ceiling lights, granite counter and bay window top, backsplash, new sink and faucet as well as the new flooring make it once again the heart of our home. We also appreciated your timely updates and how you worked around our vacation schedule. Overall FIRST RATE work.

Wonderful! Andy came extremely highly recommended by a personal friend whom we trusted. It was a complete tear down; gutting of our old kitchen and a complete re-build, walls, cabinets, appliances, window, etc. His eye for detail, perfection and consistent hard work is also emulated daily by his very experienced "master craftsman" crew. He expects the same dedication from the vendors with who he regularly deals who also all speak very highly of him. We received a detailed quote. We reduced the scale of the job after the quote, a made a few changes, but the new cost should have been about $1,200 under the first quote. We found that while the work was excellent, the price was not. The owner seriously and quot;underestimatedand quot; the amount of labor needed to get the job done, and the contract was written on a per-hour charge for labor. When all was said and done, the job looked great, but the contractor's charge was the same as it was before we took away the extras! We tried discussing this with him and he turned very cold and insisted the extra cost was because our walls were more damaged and required more work than he thought. While we can understand that something can take longer than expected, we expected that a seasoned professional would have quoted the job more accurately than he did. If he had quoted it accurately, we would have known going in to the job how much it was going to cost--25% over the quote is significant. In addition, in what felt like a spiteful action, when I asked him to return the unused paint and credit us the amount, he said no, it wasn't returnable. He was the one who decided how much paint he needed to buy, and it was his error that resulted in extra unnecessary paint, but we had to pay for his mistake. Again, great work, good workers, horrible estimate. I'd never hire him again.

It was terrific. They did a good job and they cleaned up. They were really responsive.

Gave us a blanket quote of $10,000 where other contractors went home and took several days to work out quotes which were around $6500 less than his. There was little itemization on the quote. No other contractor said we needed the entire room redone from square one. When describing how, in his opinion, our plumbing needed replacing, he said our home was built in the 20's when it is very obvious that our home was not built in the 20's (built in 1963).

The service was wonderful and the quality of work is excellent - so much so that we are going to ask them to do some work in our basement (add shop lights throughout, add electrical outlets, add drop ceiling, etc.), add a sunroom to the back of our house, rebuild our front porch and walk-way, etc. The workers were very polite and friendly - they always took the time to speak and to be sure we were happy with the way the work was proceding. Each night, when they wrapped up for the day, they cleaned their work area so well that you couldn't even tell they had been there! We have absolutely no reservations recommending Andy and his crew to tackle projects - no matter how big or small. They far exceeded our expectations.

Andy was a pleasure to do business with. He quoted me a price of $1000. and said he would try his best to keep it there. The total with all the work I needed, (plus some) was $870.00!!! The man sent to do the deck (Bill) was professional and thorough! Even went as far as power washing part of my siding that had mold on it! I can not tell you how much I appreciated that! Being a widow, after my husband was VERY handy and could do anything....I really need and HAVE FOUND someone I can count on! Thanks Andy!

Andy is very responsive and receptive to my ideas. The deck is beautiful, just what I wanted.

A Reynolds Design and Remodeling did a very good job. The employees are very knowledgeable and they have great prices. They get the job done and clean up well afterward.

He said 4 to 6 weeks and we finished at the end of the sixth week. Always had a workman on site working, as promised.
