A Cleaner Image Cleaning & Restoration

The owner Ryan called me to let me know they were on there way. When he called I was not ready yet he said that was not a problem. Upon showing up Ryan had asked me to show him what rooms they were going to be cleaning. After showing him the rooms he went right to work. Very NICE and very PERSONABLE. I Would recommend them to anyone GREAT JOB !!!!

They've been very good. They left the carpet slightly damp.

A Cleaner Image responded within 40 minutes to my request for removing the water and cleaning the affected areas. They quickly performed the required service and left a blow dryer in place to complete the drying process on carpeting. The blow dryer was picked up the next business day. I think the cost of the service was very reasonable considering the emergency nature of my request. The two "A Cleaner Image responders were professional, polite and informative.

I believe that Ryan and Brian did a comprehensive evaluation of my property. They took their time and were more then willing to answer any questions I had. Their suggestions sounded logical and on target. I was very impressed with both of them! I thought their price was "within range", but when I am ready to have these issues addressed (as a concerned home owner, I would have at least (1) more estimate). I believe this is good practice whenever you are considering work being contracted in your home. Ryan took time to write up a comprehensive estimate. He also left with me info on his company, Cleaner Image, along with paint samples if I decide to have my basement waterproofed and a list of services they provide. It was good overall. however, i was disappointed in that they didn't use spinning brushes to complete a thorough cleaning of the vents. Instead they stuck their hands as "Far" as it could go in the vent and cleaned with a damp towel. If every vent in the house was 2 feet long...that would be ok. but that is not the case. Professionals use spinning brushes that can go deep down the vents to ensure maximum coverage. These guys do a decent job with what they have. but not having spining brushes is why i'm going to choose someone else next time

The appointment was made within a week's time. The cleaning professional called the morning of the job to confirm. He arrived on time and was very careful to wear shoe covers. The carpet was cleaned and looked better than I ever expected. He said it would dry in 4-6 hours but it actually took 24-48 hours to dry completely. I would definitely use this company again.

Arrived on time, did work efficiently and cleaned up very well after job done. Answered any questions thoroughly, an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

Price was a good deal.Very professional On time. Carpets look very nice. Got out 2 old stains.

The work was done to satisfaction. The damage from a broken pipe occurred on a Friday. I contacted them on Saturday and they arrived and begun their work midday on Sunday. The work was primarily done by setting up dehumidifiers and fans throughout the damaged areas. That equipment ran for about a week. Two improvements they could make in their service: 1) They were to check on the equipment daily. We had to follow up with them at least one time. 2) The cost was much higher than what I thought is reasonable for the service; however, it was all covered through our insurance claim so there was no cost to me.

Although scheduling was a little difficult. The work got done on the day agreed. The crew was on time. The work was good. Everything was cleaned up and replaced before the crew left. I was satisfied.

Guys showed up promptly and were respectful of the house (we just had it remodeled). After speaking with them about the equipment they would use, I ran out to the hardware store to purchase protective drop cloths for them to wrap their vacuum hoses. They were patient in waiting the 15 minutes. They were thorough and overall, I came home to a wonderfully smelling house. My wife was present during the job and said it was a great call to get the ducts cleaned. Lots of wood chips, dust, dirt, and even some odd items found. I would use them again.

I did not realize that they simply would remove duct covers and use a vacuum to vacuum out what they could access from that duct hole. In the past when a company had done this work for me they had used a long set of snake-like tubes that went throughout the system and really got at the whole duct, not just what was right near the duct outlet. As a result I don't think we got as much of the dust and dirt out as I would have hoped. The company called to reschedule on the morning of the service because they had an equipment problem. This happens but it was really inconvenient for us as we were driving in from out of town to meet them. I wish they had contacted us earlier.

My orginal appointment was for 1:30 however the day before I received a call asking if I could change my appointment to an earlier time. I agreed to make the time 11:30 am. I was also informed that I would receive a call 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment but never received a phone call. On top of never receiving a phone call the guy was 30 minutes late. I paid $159 for 4 rooms but instead only got 2 rooms cleaned. I should of called Coit instead. The guy was there about 15 minutes and then he was finished. Do yourself a favor and call one of the bigger named companies like Coit or Stanly Steamer.

2 workers came over to clean the air ducts. They were nice and professional. I was surprised for $549 that they finished in well under 2 hours. The price seemed high for such a quick job.

They were very polite and on time. They were very efficient about getting the work done. I would have given an "A" in quality but were a bit sloppy. I found a small puddle of fluid in the basement beneath one of the plugs. It smelled like a sanitizer. Also a few of the vents and walls next to them had finger prints. I cleaned most but had to repaint one wall around the vent. For the price I can't complain.

They were a little behind schedule, but called and offered a free deodorizer. The guys were friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with Tony and Nikko.

Good job overall, but the standard service will not remove pet odors. Perhaps, we could have purchased another service. But, I would not use the standard service for pet odors. I was pleased with the appearance of the carpets - we had a difficult job for them.

They we're prompt, courteous and clean. A great value!

The service was okay. He wanted to see the deal before he even started the work. He charged his regular rate and did not give me the service that I had already prepaid for. They charged a lot extra for the service. They only cleaned the busy path on the upstairs carpet. They also charged a lot for small areas that I would not consider a room. I do not feel that they fully honored the deal. I see a response from a completely different company. As he states, he did general cleaning for me, and did a very good job.

They look like new and that is saying something.

That was okay. I used it when I purchased it. They came and clean my carpet, I guess. That was fine.

They cleaned carpet in three rooms, a stairway and a hallway. Very professional, right on time, and gave very detailed instructions. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Cleaned the rugs we contracted for. On time, thorough and professional.

This was on a coupon so the price was low. The two men who came in explained what they would do, how long it would take, and all questions I had. Then they cleaned the rugs. I was stunned at how clean the carpets were. I had lots and lots of stains that had built up over the last 6 years and they are now gone. They were fast, friendly and did a wonderful job. I will use them again at their regular price because it is worth it. It will take 4 to 6 hours to dry and he explained what his mother does to cover the carpet until it dries so I knew what to do.
