A Cleaner Image Cleaning & Restoration

Went well. Came within the time window promised, Did a thorough job (did not move the furniture). Carpet only 1.5 years old. Was able to walk on it after 6 hours, though some areas did not dry completely for 2 days.

They provided a free estimate of the work they proposed to do after assessing the situation. An appointment to have the work done was easily scheduled at a convenient time. They were on time, friendly and did great work for a great price. Very pleased.

All work was performed completely to my satisfaction. It was done professionally and on the dates promised. The technicians sent to do the job were Very Good. I would definitely recommend their services to anybody. In the near future I will have them back for other work.

I was delayed in arriving for the inspection, but the company representative was very willing to start over from the beginning and totally repeat the report findings when I did arrive. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. However, we have not yet had anything done, because of the cost and work involved.

It was alright. They had a little issue with the equipment. So things didn't quite go the way it was expected. It cost me more to put like a Scotchgard, which didn't do any good either. It was $15 and tax on top of the cleaning. I had to wait at least a month after I purchased the big deal. They were booked up already. They were prompt once they set it up. I think they could have been a little more prepared with their equipment for one and a little bit more conscious of what they were doing. I had specifically pointed out a couple of areas that I wanted them to pay more attention to, and they didn't. The equipment kind of let loose and splattered stuff on my ceiling and all of my windows. We didn't see it until afterwards. They were putting their equipment away. They came in and left a couple of spots on the carpet after they cleaned it. They didn't pay attention to the main spots that I asked them to pay attention to.

It took too long to get on the schedule and the office personnel were not very accommodating but I stuck with them and was very pleased. The young man who did the cleaning was prompt, polite and professional. He did a great job. I would use them again.

Cleaning crew arrived o schedule, were very courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done as explained with excellent results. I'd highly rec. the company again and will personally use them if the need arises.

When I called for an appointment the person could not tell me what the cost would be but gave a "estimate" of around $265. The work performed was excellent and the technicians very professional. The job was completed in 90 minutes. The final charge was $506!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievably expensive. Sadly, I won't do business with these folks again

Cleaned my family room wall to wall carpeting twice! Very nice job. They even moved my two 7' sofas to the side and cleaned behind and underneath them and then moved them back! All this without any additional hidden charges. It was $25.00 like the deal advertised! Thank you Angie!

Very good, although they did have repeated problems with suction due to mechanical problem on the truck. Were it not for this, I would have given ham the highest rating. Providers were pleasant and professional.

The guy was upset because of a private family matter. He came and did the job quickly, but didn't get the edge of the carpet next to the tile floor. the landlord contacted the carpet cleaner and asked him to come back and fix it. He refused. After the landlord let us know, we called the carpet cleaner and asked him to do it. We paid him in cash and gave him a $10 tip!! He said he would return, but when the landlord called him again to find out when he would come, he again told him he wasn't going to fix it.

They came and they didn't have the cleaner that they needed so they had to come back. They wrecked my grout and said that they don't replace any grout. I have had to hire another company to come in and replace my grout.

The service turned out very well. Two guys came out and it took them about 2 hours. They were able to get a lot of the previous owners animal hair out of the air ducts and that helped with my allergies.

The provider had all the right equipment with him and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job, but missed some small corners which look pretty shabby by comparison. I would be happy to hire him again, but next time I will check all the corners before he leaves.

Contractor was on time, He went right to work and completed the task to both of our satisfaction in short order. He was efficient and thorough.

I wasn't too happy. I got what I paid for because I think I paid $35 for the consultation. I thought it would be more. I thought there'd be a longer examination of the property but it really wasn't. It was sort of a site inspection and checked a couple of rooms in the basement. They went outside and checked something, I'm not sure what. They came back and gave me a large estimate. Its just some things they said they were going to quote like crawlspaces and things like that. I didn't see them inspect any crawlspaces because I do have crawlspaces under the house. I didn't see any inspection to that but he did walk outside. I think he inspected gutters and downspouts. He went outside for a couple of minutes and came right back in. He said that the gutters would probably need to be away from the house. I guess he's done it for so many years or he's good at what he does. He knows exactly what might be wrong. I can't say he was wrong or right. He looked at a couple of places but it was just a short views here to make such a big quote. He wasn't here for more than 25 minutes. Most of the time that he was here was sitting at the table writing up the quote, it could be based upon past quotes that he's done so many times, he knows what needs to be done. I called him because of a problem but I didn't get the understanding of that's what's been causing the problem. I did most of the talking. I was telling him what was going on and why I moved here and noticed that when Winter times came out he's got headaches when I turn the heat on. I thought that what I wanted wasn't resolved. That's not to say that whatever he would have done wouldn't take away the problem, maybe it would have. Its like walking to a doctor and they says, here's a pill. What would this do? Well, just take the pill and this is how much it cost. He didn't put any connection to what my problem was. He is probably really good at what he does maybe if he can just explain a little bit more what he's doing and why it relates to the problem that I called for. Maybe I was expecting too much. The pricing for what they were going to do was fine. I will not use him again.

The workers were on time and very professional. I thought there would be more dust than what actually came out as this was the first time I have had this done.

I was not happy with them. I was very disappointed with them because after he did the cleaning it didn't look any different. He said it was because there was mold. I asked him why it didn't clean it up. He called his boss and they said there was nothing that could be done. They told me they could clean the mold. It would have been nice to know that they couldn't clean the mold. It would have been nice to get a refund. I don't think Angie's List should have to pay the refund. I think the company should pay it. I didn't think the price was bad if they could have done it.

.I was able to schedule with Cleaner Image within a couple of days. The gentleman who did the work, Justin, was very professional and courteous. Our floor had more square footage than average but we were not charged extra. Justin did a great job cleaning all of the grout and partially drying it. we were able to walk on the floor within about a half hour's time. It looks terrific and it's ready just in time for the holidays! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They showed up and did their jobs, but I think they could have been more careful with the grates (not destroying the paint). And for a CLEANING company, there sure were a lot of sharp metal shards on my basement floor and on top of my washing machine, near where they cut open the duct.
