A Cleaner Image Cleaning & Restoration

The technique used was to start on the top floor and use a blower type tool to blow the dust down the ducts. They did not vacuum them for the top. Therefore this technique just blew dust everywhere! Our house was so dusty afterward there literally was a cloud of dust coming out of one of the vents while he was working in the basement. The gentleman performing the work was extremely nice, we just did not care for the technique and the mess it left behind.

very well, big difference in air flow immediately

Having never had my air ducts cleaned before i had plenty of questions for both Kim, the owner, and the tech, who came to my home, Chris. They were courteous and professional and gave me their time to explain everything in great detail. I liked the fact this is a family run business. Without question i would use them again.

They came as scheduled, and did the work as promised.

Work went very well. Chris was right on time. He went through the process and was very willing to answer our questions. While we had our ducts cleaned about 5 years ago, by another company, after the cleaning was completed we were amazed as to how much dirt was left behind from the previous cleaning. They even found an old work rag that should have been found during the last cleaning. They will be my first choice next time.

They communicated well, arrived promptly, and did meticulous and thorough work. Their work was efficient and unobtrusive and they explained the whole process clearly. We have had one rain storm since they completed their work and, so far, no leakage. The price seemed on the high side but I have no basis for comparison.

Cleaned 3 bedrooms. Cleaned area rugs. Professional, prompt, thorough, accommodating. Rugs are in brand new condition following a cleaning! I would have replaced carpeting, but this saved me the money!!!!!!!

Kim is absolutely fabulous to deal with. She took my initial call and provided an estimate within minutes during that conversation. The price was very competitive. She was easy to work with, and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. We set up an appointment to do the job the same week. On the day of the service Justin called and stated he was available earlier than planned, so we reset the arrival time. He arrived promptly at the new time, and began work immediately after a quick tour and survey of the job. Justin was very personable and hard working, with no wasted effort. he carefully pre-treated spots, which all came out during cleaning. It took only about an hour for him to complete the job and pick up his tools. I was impressed at the strong truck-mounted vacuum system that whisked all the dirt right out of the home...no messy dumping of waste water here! There was plenty of hose to reach throughout the house, so no worries there. The carpet was only slightly damp when done, and had a pleasant, light, clean scent. Justin prepared the bill/receipt at completion, and the total due was exactly as discussed with Kim, so no surprises there! A great job and experience through the entire process!! Highly recommend/would hire again.

It worked well, the smell was gone. They also found that floor drain into the sump was plugged and cleared that too. Basement was much better after that.

Very satisfied. The two workers were very professional and thorough. Both explained what they were doing. It was obvious that a complete job was done. ( while in the basement Chris found my sump pump was not working! That is not something they do. I called my son-in law who took care of it. I would not have noticed it until the basement was flooded! ) These guys are thorough! In addition to duct cleaning A Cleaner Image has lots of other services. I can't say enough about the service provided. It as the best! Would I use them again? Well, I already got estimates for both carpet and tile cleaning and plan to have A Cleaner Image do this in the near future.

After purchasing an Angie's List "big deal" from this company, they claimed that it was an error, and that they don't offer what was advertised

They checked the attic (crawl space) and said it looked ok. They could not tell me what the plaster bubbles were and said they would research, I never heard back. They checked the basement and said the mold looked normal. I paid $125.00 for someone to walk around my house and tell me it looked ok. I was surprised that when I asked if they could take a mold test that the gentleman told me he didn't have the equipment with him and would have to come back and that it would be an extra $250.00. The whole point of them coming out was to check for mold. I was surprised that they didn't have what they needed to really check for mold when that's what they came out for and that it cost so much extra for the test. I'm sure they have to pay for the lab but I think they should have had something with them to test for mold. They were nice people but I don't know what I paid for other than a consultation.

The provider arrived on time - that was the only good part. He somehow managed to "clean" all the rugs in the house (4 bedrooms, 2 hallways and a set of stairs) in under an hour. After he left, the one or 2 large stains I had pointed out were gone, but on closer inspection the rest of the rugs still looked the same as before he arrived. Noticeable light stains in the living room were still present and the stairs did not look any cleaner - there were still darkened areas in the middle. I really don't think he cleaned anything but the spots i pointed out - everything else just got sprayed down! The next day I took out my rug cleaner and was able to make a noticeable difference in the living room and stairs. I think I just got scammed. Would NEVER use again!

The Cleaner Image Company did a LOUSY job reinstalling the new pad. When they cut out the old padding, it was done incorrectly. The new carpet pad was not uniform with the existing pad.

There were no problems with it. He showed me a bucket that was half full of debris after he got done. It occurred to me that he could have had that in the truck all along. But, I think it probably did come out of the air ducts. It was okay. He moved some furniture that he needed to move to get to the air ducts upstairs and didn't put it back. That was a minor thing. Otherwise, I didn't have any problems with that. He was polite and professional. There was nothing that made it seem fantastically outstanding. But, he did what he said he was going to do.

Ryan Rickets conducted the inspection. He was on time, thoroughly explained the inspection process, conducted a thorough inspection, and communicated the preliminary results after the inspection with the detailed lab results forwarded to us a week later. We are going to use Cleaner Image to remedy the mold in our attic.

Technician Tony cleaned carpets as requested on 10-5-15. About 2 weeks later in seldom used room, noticed small area that was missed. Took numerous calls over several days to reach someone, then told we only had 48 HOURS to report a problem but agreed to have technician call back. He never called. Left message that we would be away for 6 weeks and would call back when we return. Called back 12-10-15, leave message, no call back. Finally reached someone on 12-14-15 and was told there would be another service charge to even look at problem, told them NO THANKS!

It was great, so professional, so trustworthy

They charged me more than the $25 Big Deal because we had stains on the carpet. They charged me for solutions, etc. and it came up to $50. It was almost doubled. I think it was a very good price. It still had stains. It was sort of a cloudy day and I kept on saying to the young man if he wanted me to turn on the lights. He kept on saying no and he did it very quickly. Their responsiveness was very good and their punctuality was excellent. He was very polite and he explained everything to me. I would possibly use them again.
