Description of Work: They cleaned a bedroom carpet. I was surprised that the service provider did not vacuum before cleaning. The actually cleaning went well. I would have liked to receive a call confirming the date and giving me an idea if they would be coming in the morning or evening.

Description of Work: Due to my busy schedule asked provider to call me a day prior to the appointment. Received no call. On a day of the appointment technician advised me that it will take him 4 to 5 hours to complete the entire house. Due to unpredictable circumstances at work I had to leave the technician by himself at the house. Technician called me 1 hour later and said that he finished. I wanted to check his work and told him that I will be at the house within 15 minutes, he replied that he has another scheduled appointment (what about quoted 4 -5 hours to complete my house). Even though he waited, I discovered a dust after he left at the humidifier area... Anyway, to make long story short, I would not get a service from this provider in the future again...

Description of Work: I used A Cleaner Image for duct cleaning. The two men who were sent were very personable - explained everything that would be done and completed the work without incident. I was not aware of the variety of cleaning services available and they gave me a brochure. Based on the work done and the professional demeanor of the workers, I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They cleaned our beige carpet to the point of REALLY REALLY CLEAN! | |Cleaned our carpet at the back of the house. I don't know if there's a way around this PROBLEM IN THE WINTER: The hose dragged snow in with it and the provider and I tried to vacuum and mop it off the wood floors. We missed a couple of spots and you know what happens to wood. A good floor wax remedied the faded look on the wood, but I wonder if there's a way to prevent it completely. I'm very satisfied with their work. Nice technician, good manners.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning. Went well but the "big deal"...not such a great deal. Saw it advertised for less through Angie's List about a month or so later. Also, including 10 vents is unrealistic...who has only 10 vents in their house? Each additional is an additional charge so in the end, you're spending twice as much as you set out to spend.

Description of Work: They cleaned all our vents and ducts. They sprayed some disinfectant to the vent/ duct area before placing vent covers back. They showed us the trap filter at the end what they caught. They were very courteous and professional.

It took about two hours to do. They moved my furniture out and back very carefully. They wore booties in the house. They answered all of my questions and did a great job. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's List to have the tile floor of my 10x10 kitchen and a small bathroom cleaned and sealed. A Cleaner Image arrived at the appointed time. The worker was courteous and went to work right away, scrubbing the floors with and industrial scrubber. The next day or so, after the floors had dried, he sealed them with a spray. All in all it was a good experience. The experience was so positive that I am using A Cleaner Image again through another Angie's Deal to clean my air ducts.
