Description of Work: "10-1-15 - Ryan and Chris were here on time and went right to work. After consulting with many companies/people that handle drainage problems since this past March; and obtaining so many different ways to solve my problem I was amazed how quickly Ryan had the problem under control. It looks great and I am happy to say that I have a 1 year guarantee that my ""powder room"" will be water free. Now my remodeling can be completed. Thank you, Ryan and Chris!"

Description of Work: I have already filled this out. I was very disappointed. They charged more than they said. The job was not done well. I asked them to redo a particular 3 by 5 section. It is now clean that parts of Avery did. The rest of the carpet still looks dirty.

Description of Work: A Cleaner Image Cleaning & Restoration was good in setting up appointment and on the scheduled day one person showed up and showed and opened all the vens for cleaning. He showed me the "latest technology" used where he does not have to cover the vents as he uses a a rotating brush with a heavy-duty vacuum (installed in the truck) which immediately sucks the dust from the long pipe to the vehicle outside. Unfortunately most of the vents in my house are about 4"X 10". So his "rotating brush" could not go into the vents. He offered to get the job done by just inserting the vacuum pipe into the air ducts for a cheaper price which I refused. I would prefer getting the air-ducts cleaned thoroughly.
