Description of Work: The deal I bought read "Tile cleaning and sealing". When the worker arrived he said that it was either one not both, When I called his office the person in charge wasn't very conciliatory in trying to achieve a result that was satisfactory. Her attitude was very off-putting to me so I just left it at no sealing. The Man who did the work however, was very nice and worked quite a bit of extra time to get my job done as it was | more difficult than planned. The tiles look good now but I feel unhappy with the resolution from the company.

Description of Work: Justin called to tell me when he was going to be at my house and he was right on time. A very nice and professional person. I have no problem on recommending A Cleaner Image Cleaning.

Description of Work: They were late but called so that was fine. Got on you tube to see what should be done and how long it should take to do correctly. It said 4 hours. They were done in 1:45 minutes. Our vents hadn't ever been cleaned in 25 years since we built. They showed me what was extracted. I almost laughed. I got more from my vacuum cleaning this weekend then they pulled out. Was told allot of noise. I heard their blowerss in the trucks once. We have 3 main trunks. My fault. Should have babysat. |

Description of Work: Very good job cleaning our runs and vents. There was one small problem with a nick in the woodwork from the cleaner, and the owner came to our house immediately to arrange for repair. Very professional company.

Description of Work: They were to clean all my ductwork. They did not remove the grills in a number of places. They told something like they they don't clean air returns, but some of what they didn't get to (in the TV room, the basement, were air vents themselves. I asked them to come back, but was so busy with other things involved in the move, I didn't push them when they were initially unresponsive. I like the crew well enough, but in my view the job was not completed properly. I might still use them in future, though. I would just watch the job more carefully (I went off premises to run an errand, and was surprised to find them all wrapped up and heading out when I returned--my discoveries of vents that went uncleaned occured after they left.

Description of Work: They cleaned 8 areas of carpet in my home. The overall experience was pleasant. The employees were courteous, respectful and did the job thoroughly. The only knock is it took 36 - 48 hours for the carpets to dry and whatever the cleaning solution they used seemed to leave a "sticky" feel on the soles of house shoes/slippers after walking on the damp carpet and transitioning to a different floor surface. The service I normally use the carpets are usually dry in 5 - 6 hours and there is no cleaning solution residue.

Today Chris & Tony removed unwanted metal cabinets, small stove, ping pong table, living room chair, carpeting & glass table top from my basement after which they then killed the mold and painted the bottom two rows of cinder block with paint that inhibits mold growth. They were kind, professional and gentlemen. I will call them again for additional work I need done and I sincerely would recommend them without hesitation. P.S. the lady who answers the phone is the owner and she is delightful to talk to. All in all a very positive experience.

Description of Work: Removed 18 feet of drywall in the basement. Height removed was 4 ft. Issue was final service, waterproof paint open area, and clean the rug in that area. Time for the job about 2 hours. Issue was the 18 feet was 8 on one wall and 10 on the second wall. Therefore, because there were two adjoining walls, the charge was doubled from $200 to $400. This was totally unreasonable.

Description of Work: Workers from A Cleaner Image were to do an upgrade in my basement (cellar). They were to seal the basement walls & paint. Along the east side of the house there is an area where flowers are planted & when I would water them after the walls were sealed & painted, the walls would leak in two places after it was supposed to be sealed. I am concerned that there will be water in my basement when the snow thaws after the winter. They also put stone & cement on a section of the cellar (knee wall) that was dirt, then they sealed that. They also put extenders on my downspouts, & painted the whole foundation of my house. The basement floor had a trough all around the perimeter & so they put in a French drain, then covered it over with cement when they did the floor. Before they started the work in June, they also said they could fix the cellar floor which was cracked got damp when it rained. It did not leak. The first attempt at the floor was not good. They put some kind of cement down, but after it dried, it was gritty, had lots of pieces sticking up & wasn't smooth at all. So they brought in a cement truck, laid stone & had the cement poured. When the floor dried it was all uneven and they had raised the floor 1 1/2", which wasn't a good thing because the ceiling was low to begin with. They came back & sanded the whole floor & put some kind of leveling compound on the floor. When I went down to check things out & sweep the floor, this leveling compound started coming up. It was like powder when I swept over it. Since the floor is not level, I have to shim everything. It was very evident that these men didn't know how to repair the floor, even though they tried more than once. If they would have said they couldn't fix the floor in the first place, I would have hired someone who could have done the job right.

Description of Work: Technician that reviewed our basement for mold was punctual, polite, and appeared knowledgeable. He took a mold sample, but then stated he already knew it was 'normal' mold without the test. The fee for this was $110. I asked the Tech for an itemized list, with prices, of what they could do for the mold. He said I would get in 2-3 days. I asked three times over the next few weeks, but never got a response, so we requested and received a refund from Angie's List. We never got a chance to see their work.
