We called A Cleaner Image on Sunday to ask for services on our new house. We were in a hurry to get the carpets cleaned before our furniture got in - Kim responded to us late Sunday night - rearranged the schedule so the technician could make it early to us before our furniture. The technician was on time and very professional! highly recommend!

I purchased this service as an Angie's List Big Deal. The office staff was very efficient and professional when I made the appointment. I was told that the technician would call before arriving for the appointment. The technician arrived at 8 AM without having called in advance.They worked very quickly and were finished in less than an hour. However, I am very disappointed with the results. Very basic stains, that other cleaners could get out easily, still remain on the carpet. It hardly looks as though it has been cleaned. The tech said that the carpet would dry in 4 - 5 hours. It actually took 3 days. They did not put pads under the furniture legs to prevent rust stains.

I purchased a big deal for duct cleaning on a recently purchased townhouse. They came and noticed the ducts had been cleaned two years ago and said I would be wasting my money to have them done. I appreciated their honesty.

Technicians were prompt, courteous, thorough and efficient. Tiles sparkled when they left. i cannot think of one negative about the work performed or the technicians. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

At first I thought they had done a terrific job. The floor looked very good. But that evening I noticed that the paint on the bottom of the drawer at the bottom of the vanity had been severely damaged. I also noticed that the last little bit of grout by that drawer had not been cleaned. Since the paint on the vanity in more conspicuous areas had not been damaged and the grout had been cleaned right up to the vanity I can see no reason why there should have been this damage and uncleaned area. Certainly, the drawer could have been removed had this posed a problem. This is not satisfactory. I am going to have to refinish the bottom of the drawer and try to clean the areas left unclean by myself. I had discussed with the crew using Cleaner Image for some work in the basement where there was mold and mildew but I certainly won't. I'm extremely disappointed.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had! Our appointment was scheduled for a noon-4 time slot. The day of the appointment we were called and kindly offered an earlier time if we preferred. We stuck with the scheduled time. The van arrived promptly at noon and they gave us a courtesy call about 10-15 minutes before arriving. They began with a thorough home analysis questionnaire about our carpets to help them better assess our needs so that they could provide exactly what services we required. We have had several pets that were not too gentle on the carpets. After the analysis, Ryan and Sam got right to work. They were very careful and knowledgeable. We had our Christmas tree up in one of the rooms and they even found a way to clean under it and moved it back into place. In another room, we had a nasty Beefaroni stain. They were awesome in the way they treated that stain. They started with the regular cleaning process and then moved up to more intricate stain removal processes. In the end, they used a variety of dyes on single strands of the carpet and created an amazing match to the original carpet coloring. If you look at the rug now, you would never know how ugly it had been before they came. In addition, the deodorizing process was not just a fragrance that covered the pet odor. It was a process that truly took out the pet odor. Ryan and Sam did an excellent and very professional job! When they left, the carpets looked, smelled and truly were clean to the core. I highly recommend them.

This company knows what they're doing! They got right to work and were efficient while friendly and considerate. They asked me to guide them as they moved some furniture or items away from ducts so that they wouldn't damage anything. Nothing was damaged anywhere! When they replaced all the duct vents they accomplished something very unusual and difficult: they lined things up perfectly and the edges looked as smooth and clean as before. (I once had another company that failed at this.) They sawed openings here and there in the main ducts to do the work thoroughly and then re-covered the holes with sheets of metal screwed in and then metal tape around all edges. Again, a neat job. I love my air ducts! I will definitely hire this company again! In fact, we're going to hire them to pressure wash our house and clean our carpets this spring.

They were great. Very respectful to the fact they were dealing with the elderly clients, one being ill. My in-laws were very impressed with everything from the minute they walked in the door until they left. Great job!

I thought that because if was a special deal, and I never used them before, that I might get a "quickie" cleaning. Well, just the opposite happened. I got the royal treatment. I will NEVER use any other carpet cleaners again. These guys were amazing, my carpets never have been cleaned so well, they were friendly, professional and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the results.Don't even hesitate to call them. A Cleaner Image had a special on Angies List. We have put off having our carpets cleaned forever, so when this deal was available, we bought it. The price was very competitive. This company was very flexible in scheduling, waiting until after the holidays to come and do the work. The owner was personable on the phone and gave me great instructions and information on preparing the rooms for the cleaning. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

I had an appointment with another provider until I got a mail from Angies List with a coupon for about half the price of that provider. So I made an appointment with Cleaner Image. They were able to get me in much sooner than the other place. They arrived precisely ontime, put on shoe coverings while greeting me at the door, and after I showed them the needy areas, they went about their business. In about 45 minutes they were done. The cleaner, Sam, then went over all the services they'd performed (cleaning, putting on sealer coating, treating stains, drying the carpet) and they were on their way. Carpet looks fantastic, I couldn't ask for better.

My tile was looking a little dingy, worn out and the grout had been discolored over the years. My tile had lost its luster and shine..and no matter what I did (and I tried just about EVERYTHING!) it still looked cloudy and unclean. With the Holidays coming and family planning to come from out of town I knew I needed to try something new..I saw A Cleaner Image's Ad and gave them a call. The owner answered the phone and she was very polite and walked me through their process.. I then set up an appointment for that same week! When they were done the grout looked almost new and the tile had a beautiful shine to it. My experience overall was fantastic! I have spend hours on my hands and knees with several products and I was never able to achieve the results like A Cleaner Image did! I am so very pleased with their service and my home looks amazing for the Holidays!!!!

I had a male cat that we took in as a stray and he paid us back by spraying all over the living room, dining room, and hallway. I tried everything I could think of to get rid of the odor but was unsuccessful. That's why I contacted A Cleaner Image because going through Angie's and going on to their website I saw that they dealt with pet odors. They came in and shampooed everything and once everything was dry, the odors came back. They came back again and treated it in a different manner and that seemed to work. They got rid of about 90 percent of the odor. There was no charge for the coming back. The mannerisms of the team were very good. They worked together well and made sure I understood how hard it was for an odor to be treated and that they would come back if necessary, which they did. I was very pleased. I thought that the pricing was very reasonable for the work that they did. The team was very knowledgeable and very fast. There was minimal disruption in the household for the cleaning.
