Description of Work: Technicain was on time and did a decent job. Left a couple of streaks in the carpet but not a hugh deal. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They two gentlemen were very professional. They know the job and were very polite. Accidentally a glass shade was broken, I would have appreciated it being swept away. They did tell me about it though. I still would recommend A Cleaner Image.

The pair that showed up to do the work were clearly knowledgeable about the work to be performed. They explained the process, and were thorough and efficient. The work was performed within the expected time frame. I asked them to leave flyers pertaining to other types of work the company does so that I can pass them on to others. I was very pleased with this company.

Description of Work: The cleaned 4 rooms and tried to get out a dirt stain caused by a computer that was seated on a floor but they were unable to completely remove it but got most of it out. Other cleaners have also been unable to remove it.

Description of Work: They shampooed the great room, master bedroom and small office off the master bedroom. They did not move a piece of furniture whether small or large. They don't put any foam pads under legs of furniture. I was very displeased with the service. It was impossible to reach them by telephone. I was not informed of whether I had to remove any furniture which I did what I could. Also, some stains were not removed. I'll never use them again.

Description of Work: This company was great. Kim was very nice and informative. When the guys showed up, they were actually 15 minutes early. They cleaned 3 rooms, hallway and stairs. Everything came out great! Light carpet in bedroom looked wonderful. The family room - it was my last ditch effort to save it because of the dogs. There were a bunch of spots that didn't come out, but that just told me what I needed to know and now it's scheduled for replacement this spring. The best part was when they cleaned the white ceramic tile and grout. It came out fantastic! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in a second!

They specifically asked about pet area problems and were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to getting rid of those areas. Overall it was a fantastic experience (and good price)- defintely would do businss with them again.

From the owners to the staff you can rest assured they are professional, friendly, fast and accommodating to whatever you may need. The quality of work is exceptional. they take pride in the work they do and it shows. I have used them for several differen things not only carpet cleaning , but also upholstery and water damage. they are very well educated in their field and can explain not only the problem, but also the solution in a way that is very easy to understand. They stand behind the work they do which is very hard to find in many company's. i would recommend them highly...you will not be disappointed.

Description of Work: I was extremely impressed with A Cleaner Image! When I called them, they were very informative in addressing my questions to my problem. They also responded to my situation with a home visit the same day I called. I had a pretty significant amount of water damage to my basement, especially on the carpet and the wood paneling and Steve walked me through everything he was testing and his findings. Steve came back that same evening and set up high powered dehumidifiers and fans. Ryan, another work also came after Steve to spray the antimicrobial! Being a young single girl owing a home, I was completely lost when it came to filing an insurance claim and Steve was more than helpful in assisting me with what needed to be done. The response to my issues in such a timely manner, is much appreciated, as well as all the guidance they provided me! If you are looking for someone who you can trust , I would highly recommend A Cleaner Image!!!
