The heating install went well, I am satisfied with the results and the timetable to complete. The bathroom remodel is a completely different story. It started out as a result of water damage from broken plumbing. I attempted to set limits on the amount of money I had to spend on the job, and the total scoop of work I wanted done. I was very concerned at the amount of time that was being spent on the job. He did work that I said I did not want, then charged me for doing it. He pushed me to replace my bathtub, which I did not feel was necessary. I felt like I was being taken for a ride and incurring costs I couldn't afford. I countinually asked for an itemized bill, to better understand what I was paying for and how much it was costing me during the course of the job. I have yet to see that bill. This is a rental property and I need to be able to document the job. When I pushed him again for an invoice 3 months later, he apparently dropped something off to my 13 year old child. When I contacted him last night, he informed me that he had provided the bill to my son and was not willing to provide another copy, despite the fact that I still don't have a bill for my records. My son does not know what he did with it but acknowledges that he received it. The contractor was rude, unprofessional and uncooperative. IF you are going to be in business, you should be able to complete the job that you were hired to do, not add more and more to it, and be able to bill for the job you completed. He failed at both. I will never hire this contractor again and warn anyone that does to keep a close eye on him, least you be taken to the cleaners.

He was on time and simply did great work.

These guys worked hard to get the job done in questionable weather. They actually moved us up in their schedule to get our roof done while we had some good weather. They also did a fantastic clean-up job after they were done.
