Description of Work: When they installed it the work was kind of sloppy, only more or less complete. I had to kvetch at them to have someone come back and improve on some of the clumsier efforts at installation. When the installation was complete and paid for they disappeared never to be seen or heard from again. I see now they've shut the geo-thermal aspect of Gleasons down. Now the furnace is making lots of gurgling noises just as if there was plenty of air in the lines meant to contain the heat exchange medium. At installation they assured me that the integrity of those lines was guaranteed for 25 years.........no hard copy of that provided. I suspect prevarication.....

Description of Work: This company was good in the beginning but took on too much work too fast. Our work was done only after we threatened to go somewhere else. Several months later they were being dinged by the Better Business Bureau and are now out of business.

+ -1 moreIt's a very efficient heat pump. It does heating and air-conditioning and also does heating of water. There is a very large federal tax incentive right now for this. Gleason Heating and Air Conditioning do heating and air-conditioning work and specialize in geothermal heating systems. They are located in our area.
Description of Work: We used Gleason Heating and Air Conditioning to install a geothermal heating system, which is a heat pump that uses ground temperature. They last came out to do service for a one-year basis.

I see Better Business Bureau has 4 claims against Gleason's of which 2 were not resolved to customers satisfaction. I am looking for unhappy customers to join me to see what we can do. Thanks.
