is responsive I had to constantly call to make sure that the sales rep was taking care of the various aspects of the purchase. The sales rep was not good at returning calls or emails. She was not good at following up on even the smallest request. Once the home was delivered we were told it would be 3 days til the finish trim was completed and we could move in. It has been 4 weeks and we are still waiting for the work to be finished. It seems as soon as they received the check we were no longer on the planet. Calls go un-returned. Excuses are piled atop excuses. Nobody at the business seems to want to handle the problems. It is extremely frustrating. I would highly recommend staying far away from this company
