Joe Lynch

We hired Joe Lynch to install a furnace and A/C unit along with electric and plumbing for a brand new home. Joe was very rude a disrespectful. He messed up everything he touched. He installed the dishwasher and never pulled the plug to the garbage disposal so the dishwasher flooded. He did a shabby job on the electric. Then he hired a electrical inspector to do the inspection who was no longer allowed to do electrical inspections in our county and therefore we were unable to get our certificate of occupancy and had to hire a different inspector. This inspector found multiple problems that needed to be corrected in order to get our C of O. Joe would not respond to us so I had to have my lawyer draw up a letter and send it to him to get him to come back and fix things. He ran the electric in my garage like a little kid would. Nothing in straight lines it was so bad the contractors (who we had hired to build the garage) who subbed him out to run the electric in it paid to put insulation up to cover up the mess. He also never hooked up the wire for my A/C in my thermostat as the house was built in the winter. I had to hire another electrician to come back to fix that. He drilled 2 holes out of my house through the siding in wrong places. One of which went under my concrete front porch that 12 years later came back to haunt me because mice were getting in. This man is a hack and is rude. He was overheard at the job site by another contractor saying these young rich kids don't deserve a home like this. He was very rude to my wife where she called me crying because he wouldn't do something she had asked him to do. Which was not put the 6x6 wood panel where the meter box was right out the front door of the house. Please do not hire this man to do anything for you.
