Awful experience!! Rude !! 5 maintenance calls for freshly installed pool, for pump! Then they downgraded the pump no reimbursement at all! Left all dirt from grading, and $4500 it cost me to fix the yard after they left !!! I do NOT recommend these people!! Didn’t even wanna give them 1 star!

Took forever showed up without notice more than once. Guy in a bobcat tore my hard up slide and made trenches. They assembled my safety ladder backward so safety device did not work properly. They left pool alarm and didn’t even set it up. Paid 2200 dollars for install alone. There are spots in bottom of pool where liner has divet from sinking into sand. Called to express my concerns and was told someone In charge would call me back and never did that was a week ago.

Heard that Charm pools might be a more economical choice for a new pool in the Binghamton area. Asked to quote removing an existing pool and attached deck, install a new pool and heater and new attached deck. Charm was quick with a quote for the pool and heater but did not offer to remove the old pool or to build a new deck, or provide the name of anyone that could. They also did all of this in their showroom in Waverly and did not express any interest in coming to the site to see if there would be any issues (access, grading, tree roots - all actual issues with the install). The also did not include the cost of running gas and electric lines to the heater in their quote. I guess because this is not a service that they offer. I think that it should be included. What use is a heater if you can't turn it on? They did not offer the name of anyone that could either. Their quote was MUCH more economical than the other three that I received from somewhat more well known (and advertised) companies in the Binghamton area. The pool was $1500 - $1900 less than competitive quotes. The heater was on par. No one would quote the cost of electric/gas lines. Charm quoted a gas heater which is cheaper to buy up-front but more expensive to run over the life of the pool. Only one company explained this (the internet explains pretty well too) and actually quoted a more expensive heater that would be cheaper to run. This might be the only one Charm had or might have been a way to keep the quote lower. Charm was the only company that offered to see if our existing pump and filter could be re-used to save us from buying a new system. If we had gone with them this would have saved $750 more. They were the only company that provided an itemized quote so that we could delete things we didn't want or need (like a ladder we already have). Definitely the cheapest alternative we found. But not a Full Service provider like we were looking for. I think they are probably fine if you just want to install a pool in your backyard and don't want anything more than that.
Description of Work: Provided a quote for a new 21 foot above ground pool and gas heater.
