Communication is great, relatively quick responses on issues. Scheduling was easy. They were dependable and friendly and did a good job. That said, I did have some issues. Wish they had a regular checklist of things they always do in every home and a final inspection walkthrough but it didn't appear that way. I had to write down every thing myself on a checklist and even then there were several times they missed things on the checklist (ie. doors left unlocked, bags weren't replaced in wastebaskets, grill wasn't cleaned, furniture wasn't vacuumed under, fingerprints weren't wiped from windows & doors, sheets misplaced). With some attention to detail Allstarr Cleaning could definitely be 5 stars!

Not my idea of a thorough cleaning for the money on the deep clean For the bi-weekly cleanings - they missed a LOT! My house is small, no pets, no carpeting - an easy job. Even after I had spoken with the owners, very little improvement. Did a good job cleaning my refrigerator, were on time - usually - and were friendly.

The teams are timely, courteous and thorough. Of great importance to me, the same team arrives each time and they are well informed by the office where special focus is required.

Did an excellent job in the dining room and living room. They even cleaned my microwave! The bathroom was ok - not great.

They are a joy to work with. Annie even plays with my silly dog. (They have their own time to play, as Annie takes out the trash!) I have hired other people, but I am entirely pleased with my decision to hire Allstarr! My house is clean!

FOLLOW UP WAS GOOD.....

We just finished remodel of the kitchen which included moving walls, replaced, the floor, all interior doors and trim. Lot's of dust from those jobs and they did a great job. Our windows sparkle.
