After opening the walls, many problems found with pipes and electric wiring due to age of house. Allen, Brian, and even Dylan and Wayne, spent time here repairing and remodeling. Allen was here every day, Brian was here most days, both were very friendly and hard working. They put floor coverings down and swept at the end of each day, did a great job keeping everything clean, and were friendly to my three dogs, who looked forward to seeing them. Allen and Brian even came on a Saturday in order to finish the job. My new bathroom is everything I could have dreamed of and the tiling is absolutely beautiful. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Allen is such a professional. When he came to do the estimate, he was the only contractor who really evaluated what the job would take. His estimate was in the middle but we felt most comfortable that he had evaluated all of the contingencies. It was a tight space and the tile was fairly new, so the job was not simple. Allen started when he said he would, and came when he said he would, Communication was great. He and his helper made sure the space was clean and both were very considerate. He did a great job. My new tub is amazing and you would never know the tile was replaced. I would absolutely hire Allen again.

We interviewed several professional tilers. Allen's price was reasonable and he seemed quite knowledgeable and confident. His workmanship was outstanding; the shower looks great. He always came when he said he would. We had him install the ball valve for an additional amount and that price was also very reasonable. Very professional; we would hire him again.

We are very pleased. The unit looks great. Work was started and finished on time and each day the staff cleaned up after themselves. The unit that was there was not functioning properly and we were told why. Al recommended what we should order and where to look at the unit. The price was reasonable for the work performed. We would definitely use Bath Remodel Pro again.

The team was great from the initial estimate to the actual service and work performed. Allan was a great communicator even though the work had to be pushed back 2 weeks from the initial start date. His team was excellent, punctual, and clean. They communicated everything to me clearly, even if they ran into an unforeseen problem they told me their solution to it. Very happy with the work performed and the politeness and professionalism shown by everyone on the team. Allan, Wayne and Marcus were great and I would use them for another project.

The remodel went great! Allen and his assistant Wayne were wonderful. When I initially contacted Allen, he returned my e-mail within 24 hours. Within a few days, he was at my house for a consultation. He stated: the time it would take to complete the job, the cost and the work that needed to be done. Work began when he said it would. They arrived daily at 8:00a.m. Each morning, he put drop cloths on the stairs and in the hallway, so he wouldn't track dirt. At the end of each day, you would catch him or Wayne sweeping the floor. They were so neat. He always left his tools neatly placed in a corner of the bathroom to begin the next day's work. The work progressed nicely. If Allen ran into any issues, he always told me how much the additional costs would be. This was due to our decisions to expand the scope of the work, not any mistake in Allen's estimates. Their workmanship was excellent. It should be noted, that some of the items that my husband and I had ordered for the bathroom were on backorder. Allen put in a temporary shower head until ours has come in. He came back twice to finish the job. As soon as the parts came in, he or Wayne was at my house. We thought that was the height of professionalism. He never had to be tracked down. If I could give Bath Remodel Pro an A plus I would. Thanks again Guys!! Job Well Done!!!.

I was extremely impressed with Allen and the work he did. We just bought a house and the downstairs half bath was a mess. The tile was peeling, sink was ugly, toilet was leaking and the bathroom had this horrific musty smell to it. Overall it was a mess. We wanted to put new tile down, get a pedestal sink and a new toilet. Nothing major but enough to actually make the bathroom presentable. Based on other reviews I was expecting to pay a lot more for the labor (the toilet and sink we bought at Lowes). Because of his popularity he was booked into October (we were willing to wait) but he actually had a spot open up in July so we decided to take it. There was probably a month before when we got the estimate and before he began work and I had occasional questions, which he was very quick to respond to. My husband and I work during the day so we basically had to leave a key under the mat and our communication was either by text or the occasional phone call and it worked. The work was supposed to be for two days but some unforseen circumstances occured and it had to be extended to four days. There seemed to be about six layers of various tile that were put on top of each other throughout various owners of the house. Also, the toilet we got didn't fit because of the heater in the bathroom but Allen worked around these issues (including exchanging the toilet for us at Lowes, which was fantastic). We also had a leak in the old toilet, which he fixed. I don't think I have ever been more impressed with a company. I am the type of person who will give someone a compliment if they do a good job or ask to speak with management if they do a bad job and I am overall impressed. If we ever have more bathroom work to do we will definitely call Bath Remodel Pro in a heartbeat.

Allen and his helper did very professional work for our bathroom remodel. Firstly his pricing was very reasonable and he always try to work within the quote given even when circumstances arises. For the first bathroom hey removed four layers of old flooring and Wall paper, toilet, vanity and old shower surrounds. Installed new bathtub, new wall tiles for bath, new toilet and vanity, prep the walls for painting. Allen's workmanship is great and His tile work is beautiful. I can say that he takes pride in the work he does. The second bath, he install new custom floor shower for us with wall tiles around the bath area, together with new toilet and vanity. The complete work is beautiful as well. He is very patient for fickle minded customers like us. It is important to communicate what you liked or intended with him as with all contractors, and he will try to work with you on that. Overall, we greatly appreciate the service he and his helper rendered for us. He does not try to take short cuts and and does what he thinks is best. The place is always cleaned up well after they left.

Allen and his team were great! He was here on time everyday and worked all day long non-stop. He was very sweet to our dog who was very happy to see him all day, everyday! every time he or one of his guys walked down the stairs they'd stop to give the dog just a pat on the head so he'd calm down. They lay down tarps all through the house where ever they might walk so they won't mark up your floors and when they pickup at night they sweep and vacuum as if they were never there at all! they ever scrubbed my garage floor where they had to cut sheetrock because it was raining one day! I was very pleased to work with these guys and will definitely use Allen again for future projects! On top of the fact that we LOVE our new shower!

I called Bathroom Remodel Pro and spoke to Allen, the owner; we set up an appointment for him to view what I wanted done. He was on time for the appointment and took his time talking with me to get to know exactly what I wanted. He made suggestions such as moving the sink to give me more room in my small bathroom as well as installing a heater/vent/light in the ceiling. This change made a huge difference, I have so much more room now in the bathroom and we are toasty warm in the cold weather. I no longer have to turn the heat up and heat the entire house just to get the bathroom a little warmer. It's perfect!!! I received an estimate via e-mail within a couple days of our initial meeting. The estimate was very reasonable considering the amount of work there was to do. We agreed on a start date and the crew showed up on time and conducted themselves in a very professional manner throughout the entire job. I was very impressed. The job was completed within the time frame specified and done to perfection.

I contacted four different contractors, including a couple of general contractors and a reference from a colleague. I was most impressed with Allen because he listened carefully, answered respectfully, and showed examples of his work. He was not a high pressure salesperson and did not attempt to impose his ideas to make it more convenient for him. I pointed out the unique characteristics about the project to each of the contractors because I did not want them to later say that there would be an extra charge because I didn't tell them about something in advance. As it turned out, after receiving three quotes (the fourth guy never responded), I chose Passonno's Bathroom and Remodeling (also know as Bath Remodel Pro) because they were the lowest cost and most professional during the initial visit. The crew arrived on time every morning before I left for work. Each day they rolled out tarps from the doorway through to the bathroom and when I returned home, everything was cleaned up - I hardly knew that they had been there. Each night, I checked on the progress and asked the crew questions the next morning, communicated with Allen by text or phone. As the crew stripped away the original bathroom materials, there were, of course, surprises, such as tile that was cemented to the subfloor and an odd hole in the floor where the tub had been recessed. Allen and his crew notified me whenever they discovered something that they felt I needed to be made aware of and we discussed a solution. I decided to purchase the tile and fixtures myself because I had a design in mind and I did not have time to order the tile before the crew was available, I was eager to get the bathroom done. The "in stock" tile that I purchased ended up having to be reordered because the supplier ran out, which caused a delay in completing the project. Allen and his crew worked around that minor delay and the project was completed right after the tile arrived. When it came time to install the new vanity, I prepared drawings of three options for the backsplash and discussed them with Allen that would coordinate with the shower and be a practical solution. I found the Allen and his crew very easy to work with, they were patient with any question, and they were focused on getting the job done. They were not intrusive or loud and they were careful with everything that they did. Allen's crew also installed a ceiling in the room under the bathroom after they tested the new plumbing. Because I chose to purchase several of the materials myself and I had authorized some additional minor repairs, we had to settle the balance at the end. Even here, Allen was prepared with a list of additional materials and labor and we settled the final payment without any surprises or disagreement. I would highly recommend Passonno's Bathroom and Remodeling. I have already referred them to a couple of colleagues at work.

It went fantastic! We like the new tub. Everything looks great. Mr. Passonno indicated it would take 2-3 days to complete the work, and on the third day the work was done, and there were no surprises. It was refreshing to have a contractor do the job well and not be presented with extra charges. We were so happy with this job that we are already discussing additional work with Mr. Passonno.

It was nice to get the estimator right away otherwise some time is takes a week. The estimator was very knowledgeable. The workers were on time always and they cleaned up every day after the work. They were very professional. The price was very reasonable and it helps when you are retired. I loved the work and definite I will use him again.
